This allowed foot soldiers to follow them through and attack. The Tamworth Tentpegging club started 32 years ago and has had many members over the years. Riders that are competing at the Narrabri show range from new comers who have been Tentpegging for less than 12 months through to riders who started the Tamworth Club. For more information please contact Kate Roser 0400068954 or email [email protected] The riders will be holding a team competition, an individual competition and a Rings and Peg competition throughout the Saturday of the show in the main arena. Following each competition riders are holding a ‘come and try training session’ where people can come and find out more about the sport and have some basic introductory coaching from our more experienced riders and Australian representatives. You need a horse, $10.00 and to sign a waiver form from the Australian Tentpegging Association if you wish to have a go (waiver forms will be available when you arrive), or just come and have a closer look and find out some more details.
