this is one of our all time faves, designed to push your strength & conditioning
as well as testing your overall progression when done 1-2x a month
QUICK BURN 10 MINUTE MET-CON WORKOUT
WALL BALL SHOTS
BATTLE ROPE (alternating arm or two-arm waves)
KETTLEBELL SWINGS
REST (can also add in your choice of another exercise*)
each is done for 30 seconds, then on to the next for a total of 5 rounds
gets you whole body done when you're short on time
*kb clean & press, kb tactical lunges, squats, db thrusters, burpees, etc
KETTLEBELL SPRINT WORKOUT
place a kettlebell at the top of a short hill, sprint up the hill and do ONE of the
following exercises:
kb swings - 20 reps
kb snatch - 5 reps each arm
kb squat and press - 5 reps each arm
then walk back to bottom of hill and repeat...you can alternate the kb
movements for variety and do as many rounds of this as you like, or as your
time allows

Add a scoop of oats or waxy maize if you need extra carbs for gaining
blend all ingredients together or use a shaker cup and serve

10-12oz low fat milk (soy, almond or rice works for all these)
1 scoop of vanilla whey
1 tsp each of instant coffee, hazelnut coffee creamer,
glutamine and sugar free white chocolate instant pudding mix

1 scoop of chocolate whey
1 tsp each of instant coffee and glutamine
1-2 tbsp caramel flavored syrup
