sale with the balance due on or before October 11, 2015. Full possession of the real estate will be given with deed. This property is
selling “As Is, Where Is” both surface and subsurface. PERSONAL PROPERTY – Cash or
approved check is required on the day of the
sale with property I.D. All buyers must register with a driver's license and obtain a buyer's
number in order to bid at this auction. There
will be a 6% Ky. sales tax added to all items
unless you are a dealer and present a Kentucky Sales Tax Exempt form. All items will be
selling “As Is” with no warranties expressed or
implied. All bidders should satisfy themselves
as to the description and quality of each item
prior to bidding.

start this auction at 9:00 a.m. and will have two
auctioneers selling under two large tents at all
times due to the volume of items to be sold.
