A deposit of $500 per person by cheque, money order or bank draft will reserve your place on the tour.
Please make cheques, money orders or bank drafts payable to AgriTours Canada. Inc.
Final payment is due by June 16th, including any insurance or taxes.
All Canadian and American citizens need passports valid for six (6) months AFTER the scheduled visit.
Cancellation Policy: Once the deposit is made, a cancellation penalty of $150 will be charged if you cancel th tour
before 45 days from day of departure. If you cancel between 44 days and 14 days, the entire deposit is lost. Under 14
days, full fee is taken as we cannot obtain refunds from hotels at that point. If you have insurance, valid medical or
family reasons may entitle you to full refunds through the insurance policy, IF YOU HAVE ONE.
