My review and I found we had plenty of time to discuss everything, didn't feel rushed and
eye to eye contact which I sometimes feel is lacking

something could be snapped ripped and they would tell me how this happened and where
the injury is.
Damaged arm shoulder – sent for an X-ray all good and reassuring.
Thankfully after arduous and inconsistent doctors and advice in Kendal I am now very
relieved to receive a personal and supportive service that's convenient and accessible
compared with past surgeries.

I have been diagnosed with Crohns ulcerative colitis recently at Christmas I have been seen
by the nurses for blood tests’ and I am seeing Dr’s and they have been brilliant with me.

I find doctors extremely helpful I find it less helpful seen the nurse practitioner and have
asked not to the pharmacy and reception staff are always friendly and helpful I like it that
even the locums are regular.
Exceptional the doctor was able to refer me to a specialist at WGH immediately an excellent
practice.
I visited my practice nurse who referred me to my own doctor. He put my mind at rest and
don't with this issue with care and consideration.
Recently accompanied an elderly patient on a very delicate issue which was treated with
great sensitivity by both nurse and GP.
Diabetic update (annual) and very well informed and easy to understand the nurse.

Most experience is good however at the end of last year it took three separate trips and
three different doctors to tell me that I had a chest infection which I thought was poor and
should've been noticed sooner

I hurt my back whilst playing rugby (gradual build-up of pain) I asked to get a scan x-ray and
was told there would be no point. I continue to play out all along I had a herniated disk. I
think if a request for back x-rays is given it should be considered to be possibly serious.
