Scope of work:
Managing the project crew (consultant & contractors) and follow up all the construction
stages& Handing over the stores to the operation department. Reporting to MCCI Head Of
Engineering about any deviation in the project track to be sure that project will be handed
over As per contract condition
Project Description :
Unique mega store Consists of 10000m2 steel structural building(the store) + 25000m2 as
parking area & service area
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Prepare design brief for all new stores according to standards

Coordinate with the designers and provide them with the required information needed
for the store design ( Mall Manual, as built drawings and shop requirements)

Coordinate with the mall management as well as the designers until the concept
drawings approved.

Appoint contractors (construction, furniture and flooring) for the new projects.

Work on the quotations of the contractor according to the budget, and get the approval
of the MCCI Head of Engineering.

Follow up the work progress on site and assure the projects to be completed on time.

Managing the fit out work &Take over the store from the contractors and prepare
signage.

Hand over the store to the operation and coordinate with the other departments for the
store opening.

Auditing, controlling Contractors invoices and follow up Contractors’ payments with
our accounting department.

Auditing and controlling the contractors work quality.

Working on the municipalities' approvals to start work on sites.

REPORTS: submit the following reports to the MCCI Head Of Engineering, Work
progress reports for each project (weekly), Work flow reports for all the projects
under construction (weekly) and Other Reports as requested.
