MRU number is configurable (can be set to 10-15). MY INFO • NEW – My Info • Manage My Corporate Data– displays 5 MRUs; can select delete FAUs and can designate an FAU to always be displayed (will be in addition to 5 MRUs) every time you create a TR in this profile. MY INFO • NEW – My Info • Manage My Corporate Data– Can set up Guest and Location similarly; must click “Change List” to display alternate list; displays 5 MRUs. TR IMPROVEMENTS • Entertainment Guest Fields (Print detail) TR IMPROVEMENTS Non-employee Reimbursement (NER) Purpose must still be Non-employee Reimbursement in the title/header screen. TR IMPROVEMENTS Non-employee Reimbursement (NER) Complete Name and Address information must be filled out (this becomes the mailing address and payee name on the check). You will do this entry once for the TR. If that non-employee is reimbursed again at a later date, you will be required to complete this information again on the new TR. TR IMPROVEMENTS Non-employee Reimbursement (NER) Note – all expense types do not require NER guest any longer; all expense types are now the same (no NER). Only Entertainment expense types will require guests (the same format for all Entertainment expenses now). TR IMPROVEMENTS Non-employee Reimbursement (NER) Note – Name and Address data are now on Print detail and on approver screen RECEIPT FUNCTIONALITY IMPROVEMENTS • Three Options – Insert Receipts = upload a document – Email receipts – Fax receipts RECEIPT FUNCTIONALITY IMPROVEMENTS • Insert Receipts = upload a document You must click Upload Receipts before you click Done. RECEIPT FUNCTIONALITY IMPROVEMENTS View what has been uploaded Clicking the number “X”, under the “Number of Receipts” will allow you to delete or view receipts that you have loaded. Receipt Functionality Improvements Viewing Receipts Enlarged view By clicking on the glasses, “View Receipt”, you can pull up all receipts regardless of how they were attached. It will display, uploaded, emailed, and faxed receipts. Receipt Functionality Improvements Viewing Receipts “View All” will display all attached receipts: you can click “Slide View” to view each one independently. NICE EXTRAS • Can Edit Notes; only before submit for that session NICE EXTRAS • Can view TR# and current Activity on screen. • Can view TR History by clicking on the “View Document History” icon • Can View Linked receipts regardless of activity.
