• A Budget line created for FP/RH in 2016 budget of
Gombe State Primary Health Care Development
Board and N17M approved for FP/RH in their 2016
FY budget.
• Kwara State FP Blueprint developed and
disseminated in partnership with the State Ministry
of Health
• Kwara State FP Budget line increased by 90% (from
US$ 10,500 (2.1 million Naira) in 2015 to US$ 20,000
(4 million Naira) in 2016.

KWARA FP BLUEPRINT DEVELOPED
• The state followed the directive of the Federal Govt. to implement
the National FP blueprint
• The FP Blueprint was developed under the guidance and oversight of
the FMOH, with support from donors and implementing partners.
• A Draft CIP developed by Consultant and sent to AWG in July2015
• The Blue print was disseminated to Stakeholders in October 2015
