ThunderMax Throttle Body by Zipper’s
Building a performance big-inch EFI engine? Zipper’s ThunderMax EFI
throttle body, manifold, and high-flow air cleaner assembly provide
the big airflow required for high performance engines. These oversize
50mm and 54mm CNC-machined castings replace the 44 mm factory
throttle body used on Delphi-equipped models, and are designed to
accept the factory electronic components, including injectors, making
assembly a snap.

ThunderMax EFI Manifolds by Zipper’s
Available in different widths to match cylinder lengths used on stock
and larger displacement engines. They are also available in two intake
port sizes; standard 1.625” I.D. to fit stock port diameters and oversize
1.780” I.D. to fit larger ports found in S&S and Zipper’s High Output
heads. Matching ThunderMax EFI manifolds are available for both 50
mm and 54 mm ThunderMax throttle bodies and for most popular
engine kits from 95” up to 124”. For use with ThunderMax Throttle
Bodies in Big Twin applications from 01-05.

S&S 124” HOT SET UP KIT
The 124” Hot Set Up Kits are available. They contain a dished Piston
designed to provide a 10.8:1 compression ratio with stock cylinder
heads. There are a several advantages to installing this kit as opposed
to installing a Complete 124” S&S engine. The first advantage is that
you don’t have to pay for a complete engine! Many of the stock engine
components such as the crankcases, Oil pump, cam cover, and tappets
are reused, saving hundreds of dollars. Also, S&S does not offer complete engines to replace Twin Cam 88B engine. Another consideration
is that since the stock crankcases are used, the engine will retain the
Original serial numbers. This could mean less hassle with registration
and insurance.

Feuling Cam Support Plates For Twin Cam Models
• Increases engine oil flow and volume by enlarging critical oil passages and the oil pump reservoirs. The cam plate is blue printed and
matched to the Feuling oil pump which allows the engine to take full
advantage of the increased volume from the Feuling oil pump
• Made from 7075 billet aluminum and hard anodized which increases
the strength and hardness of the camplate, holds tighter tolerances
under temperature and eliminates the pinion shaft bushing
• Increased oil flow to pinion shaft and connecting rod bearings
• Tighter cam bearing bore tolerance for improved press fit
• Pressure relief valve and spring are designed for increased volume
and pressure, eliminating the need to stretch the spring or use a shim
• Decreases engine temperature by 20 degrees
• When matched with the Feuling Race Pump rear wheel power gains
of three horsepower and four ft/lbs of torque are achieved

Barnett ‘Scorpion’ Clutch Kits
Billet clutch features over twice as much friction surface area compared
to your stock clutch. Provides a positive engagement and release. The
problem of “finding neutral” is virtually eliminated and shifting through
the gears becomes smooth and precise. Steel spacers on the clutch pack
ends, eliminate wear on the aluminum surfaces. Clutches incorporate six
heavy-duty coil springs instead of stock diaphragm spring. In addition,
an extra spring set with a different spring rate is included, which allows
the clutch to be tuned from mild to wild depending on the usage.
Tunability is easy without the removal of the primary cover. The Barnett
friction plates are compatible with all primary lubricants.
‘Scorpion’ Clutch Kit features include:
• Heavy-duty snap ring for extra bearing support
• Chromemoly steel hub for strength/durability
• Solid steel thread inserts that resist stripping
• Nine clutch plates with steel spacer at the ends to minimize wear on
aluminum surfaces
• Aluminum pressure plate for light assembly and strong pressure
• Six heavy-duty, self-adjusting springs that are 40% stronger for more
pressure and can be alternated for a 20% increase
