Experienced Sales Leader to our Manhattan office
Nepa is looking for an experienced sales leader with a great passion for new business development. You
have experience in managing and selling research and analytics services to solve business problems. The
role includes sales, sales development, account management as well as coaching and mentoring of others
as the Manhattan office continues to grow. Being one of the first into our office, you will play a key role in this
growth journey and in contributing to our culture. You will report directly to our Regional Manager.
Your primary focus is identifying opportunities and creating new business based on Nepa solutions for
Retail & CPG. You will be responsible for building a sales pipeline and generating revenue, primarily through
leveraging your network and established relationships into Retail & CPG accounts. You are comfortable with,
selling conceptual solutions to the Retail and CPG verticals, being visionary and delivering a consistent story
to inspire beyond a customer’s status quo.
You are a strong doer with a great network, in which you are considered a leader. You are a natural
mentor to others and you lead by example. Your passion gives energy to those around you.
Key responsibilities & requirements








Responsible for building sales pipeline and generating revenue.
Leading direct outreach to clients and at industry events to discuss the opportunities of addressing
business challenges through our services.
Crafting engaging and attention-grabbing emails, letters, calls etc.
Developing client presentations and proposals.
You have extensive and proven experience of sales and/or account management, either at a fullservice research company, a management consultant, a research technology company or a
corresponding client-side experience.
You bring a solid understanding of decision making and “way of working” in Retail and CPG,
particularly within functions implementing customer experience measurements, brand equity
monitors/tracking, and customer communities/panels.
You have a track record of driving new business through prospecting, outbound lead generation and
closing sales.
A background in SaaS or Enterprise Software company, selling into the Retail and CPG vertical is
valued but not a necessity.
