Agent Liaison Manager (Asia)
A long established market leading property Investment Company that is expanding in 2013. We sell property and
land in the UK and Overseas mainly for Investment purposes and we have an existing team of 35.
We are looking to recruit an Agent Liaison Manager to work with our current sales team working in the Asian
market, specifically China, Hong Kong, Singapore & Malaysia. The role is a business development role to work in a
small team within the company offering our exclusive city centre developments in Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds
for agents in Asian territories for their investors.
You will have to offer full support liaising with agents marketing our properties and ensuring that they doing
everything they can to achieve sales. The role will be the buffer between our developers and the agents. Reporting
to our Associate Director covering Asia we have an opportunity for you if you are charismatic, determined,
motivated and looking to forge a serious career in property sales with high earnings.
To be successful in this role Agent Liaison Manager you will:

Knowledge of residential property investment markets in including buy to let in city centres is preferred.

Sales experience or customer service is necessary, ideally this will have been in property or travel, but a proven
track sales record in any industry will be looked upon favourably.

Excellent communication skills are a must and you will need to be computer literate and most importantly you will
need to be able to excellent at telephone sales and face to face meetings.

You will need to be able to attract new agents to work with us and be able to sell the concept of our company and
the property we market.

A flexible approach to working hours is a must and some travel will be necessary to attend exhibitions in Asia and to
attend face to face meetings and training sessions with agents.
Salary - £18k with a realistic OTE of 45K+
