Conditions of entry
1-The exhibition is open to all photographers,amateurs and professionals,worlwide,except members
of the Exhibition Committee and members of the jury.
2-Acceptances at MOF 2012 will be taken in to account for FIAP and UPI honours.
3-A maximum of four images may be entered per section.The same image must NOT be entered in
more then a section.An entrant’s images will be presented to the jury consecutively.
4-Entry fee all participants,regardless of country:
35 TL or 15 € or 20 US$ for four sections.
The participants whom attend to even one section to pay same price.
5-Entries must originate as photographs(image-captures of objects via light sensitivity)made by the
entrant on photographic emulsion,scanned to create a digital file ,or acquired digitally.By virtue of
submitting an entry,the entrant certifies the work as his own and permits the sponsors to reproduce
all or part of the entered material free of charge for publication and/or display in media related to
the exhibition.This may include low resolution posting on a website.The exhibition assumes no
liability of any misuse of copyright.
6-Images may be altered,electronically or otherwise,by the maker.Artwork or computer graphics
created by the entrant may be incorporated if the photographic content predominates,subject to
divisional restrictions.All final work must be digital file.
7-The subject for images entered in the general sections is free.The participants can to enter colour
or monochrome photographies this section.
Images entered in the nature section must satisfy FIAP definitions of nature photography.
FIAP definitions of Nature Photography:Nature photography depicts living,untamed animals and
uncultivated plants in a natural habitat,geology and the wide diversity of natural phenomena,from
insects to icebergs.Photographs of animals which are domesticated,caged or under any form of
restraint,as well as photographs of cultivated plants are ineligible.Minimal evidence of humans is
acceptable for nature subjects,such as barn owl or storks,adapting to an environment modified by
humans or natural forces,like hurricanes or tidal waves,reclaiming it.The original image must have
been taken by the photographer,whatever photographic medium is used.Any manipulation or
modification to the original image is limited to minor retouching of blemishes and must not alter the
content of the original scene.After satisfying the above requirements,every effort should be made to
use the highest level of artistic skill in all nature photographs.
8-Decisions of the jury are final.
9-All entrants will receive a high quality CD-ROM catalogue.
How to enter
1-Images must be uploaded via website www.olbafotograf.com no later than 28 December 2012.
You must join our web site for international exhibition by your e-mail and password.
Entry form must be submitted electronically.(Follow the instructions on screen)Entries submitted on
CDs,DVDs,floppy disks etc. are NOT accepted.
2-Image must be in JPEG Format.Maximum horizontal dimensions is 1024 pixels.Maximum vertical
dimensions is 768 pixels.Resolution 300 ppi.Maximum size of a file is 1 MB.
3-Files may be given any name,using the Latin alphabet.
4-Payment of entry fee by paypal via website www.olbafotograf.com or www.paypal.com
