Erectile Dysfunction
It’s nice to know more background info about your penis before you actually start to work on it. Especially

Warm Up
Dampen a soft cloth in warm water, wring it. Wrap it around the shaft of your penis (regardless of its state,
whether erected or not) and wait for three minutes. Then remove the cloth. Repeat this exercise at least
twice. Then dry the penis thoroughly.
Begin regular exercises with this procedure. A warm compress will provide blood flow and thus improve
blood circulation in the area of your penis, and will make your skin more elastic. In addition, it provides a
better grip for the exercises that you will perform.
Stretching Technologies
Stretching exercises should be executed only after a warm compress to avoid any negative side

Compression and stretching of your penis on a regular program can give incredible results as well as
exercising the muscles can make them bigger and stronger. These exercises stretch your penis, at the

2. Pull the penis aside. Stretch it up to a maximum until you feel a tiny bit of pain or discomfort. Keep it in

motions about 30 times. This will restore normal blood

The Second Technique
1. Embrace the non-erected penis around the glans with one hand and squeeze it. Remember that you

The Third Technique
This technique belongs to the ancient Taoist sages. It involves stretching the penis both in the erected and

represent their technique in the exact form it has been presented by Taoist sages.
Take a deep breath and snifter the air, hold it in the throat, then swallow, driving it to the stomach. When
the air reaches the bottom of the stomach, send it to the penis. Put pressure on the Yun Hu point, which
is located between the anus and scrotum and hold the three middle fingers of the left hand on this point.
The thumb should pet the glans of the penis until it becomes aroused. Embrace the shaft of the penis
tightly at its base with the right arm and move the arm 1.2-1.6 inches (3-4 cm) forward. Like this you
enclose the energy of air in the penis, pushing the air to the glans. Pull your penis to the right and start to
rotate it 36 times clockwise and 36 against.
Then tilt it left and repeat the exercise. The energy of many body organs will start flowing into the penis,
strengthening and reinforcing it. Finish the exercise by slightly striking the penis 36 times firstly on the
inner side of the right thigh, then on the inner side of the left thigh.
The Fourth Technique
This stretching technique is described in the bestseller on male sexuality. It includes stretching of the
penis in both erected and non-erected state. In fact, this technique seems to be slightly modified to the
Taoist sages’ technique.
1. Embrace the penis with the right hand and start stretching it forward and backwards rhythmically.
Repeat 10 times (devote 15 seconds to each stretching).
2. Repeat such stretching to the right 10 times, to left 10 times, and down - 10 times.
3. Pet the glans of the penis with the thumb at least until the penis becomes erected. Embrace the shaft
of the penis by the thumb and forefinger at its base, than move the fingers 1.2-1.6 inches (3-4 cm)
forward 10 times.
4. Pull the penis to the right and rotate it 10 times making a small circle, continuing to stretch it. Repeat
the same exercise 10 times pulling the penis to the left.
5. Slightly strike the penis 10 times on the inner side of both sighs, stretching it in different directions.
You can do this exercise wherever you are and you should use this to your advantage since you can
exercise a maximum amount of time. This training helps to increase the blood flow into the penis tissues,

The Fifth Technique
Isometric contraction is actually "compressing the buttocks" which is a rhythmic contraction of the

Lubricate your penis. Sit on the corner of the sofa or bed and start to pet the penis, having embraced it by
the thumb and the forefinger (like the OK gesture). Move the hands from the shaft to the glans, embracing
the penis tight and trying to stretch the skin.
Each time, returning to the shaft of the penis, make the embrace a little tighter to hold more blood in the
penis. Then repeat the movement from the shaft to the glans.
Gradually increase the speed of movement, without weakening the embrace. You should feel the arousal.
Achieve a full erection (only the jelqing technique needs to be performed over the half-erected penis).
After reaching a strong erection, embrace the penis with the thumb and the forefinger again at the base of
the shaft of the penis and try to keep the blood in the erectile tissue of the penis.
Hold the grip at the base of the penis’ shaft, and embrace it with one hand around the glans base. Try to
stretch the penis as much as possible, avoiding experiencing discomfort. Pull it to the right and hold for 10
seconds. Then have a rest for 10 sec.
Now do the same exercise to the left, and have a rest for 10 seconds. Finally, tilt it down and hold for 10
seconds again. Repeat all four phases of the exercise four times with a delay of 10 seconds. All you need is
to exercise no more than 5 minutes a day.
After the exercises are finished, you should weaken the grip of the penis and feel the blood flowing back.
At that moment the ejaculation might happen. Remember that lavish lubrication and strong grip are the
