Ágnes Kállay
Ágnes started playing the
violoncello at the age of six.
She graduated at the Franz
Liszt Academy of Music,
Budapest in 2006. She
earned DAAD scholarship
and studied under Maria
Kliegel at the Hochschule
für Musik in Cologne,
Germany.
In 2004 she won the Alpe
Adria International
Violoncello Competition in
Gorizia, Italy.
In 2007 she placed first at
the Beethoven Chamber
Music Competition,
London, UK.
In 2010 she was selected
among the best 13 cellist at
the 5th Unisa International
String competition in South
Africa.
She participated in the master courses of Ralph Kirshbaum,
Tsuyoshi Tsutsumi, Philippe Muller, Guido Schiefen, Alberto
Portugheis, Martin Lovett, Déri György and Gulyás Márta. She
plays the baroque cello as well, she is a member of Camerata
Hungarica early music ensemble and a permanent guest of
Mandel Quartet. She received scholarship last year to complete her
study with Nick Tzavaras of the Shanghai Quartet at the Montclair
State University, USA.
In 2010 February she was selected for the Tanglewood Summer
Music Festival.

Ron Levy
Mr. Levy is an
internationally acclaimed
pianist, has been called “firstclass” by the New York
Times. He regularly appears
as a soloist, and in
partnership with many of
the world's leading singers
and instrumentalists. Mr.
Levy is a graduate of
Oberlin Conservatory of
Ohio. He is a founding
member of the Hudson Trio,
Kaleidoscope, the New
World Trio, the Manchester Chamber Players, the Breucklen Trio
and the award-winning Palisades Virtuosi.
Mr. Levy has taught at numerous colleges, and is currently an
instructor at Montclair State University, Kean University and the
Ridgewood Conservatory. He maintains an active and on-going
affiliation with the Manhatten School of Music, Julliard, and NJ
PAC.
