T-Nagar, Tirupathi, Chittoor District, who retired from service on the afternoon of31-03-2012
as
Superintendent, Principal Junior Civil Judge's Court, Puttur, Chittoor District on superannuation,
is selected as Head Clerk on contract basis and posted to the Court of Special Magistrate,
Venkatagiri, SPSR Nellore District as per Rule 9 of AP. State and Subordinate Service Rules.
On joining duty, the individual is deputed to work in Junior Civil Judge's
Court,
Venkatagiri until further orders.

31-03-2014 as Senior Assistant, Principal District Court, Nellore on superannuation, is selected
as Junior Assistant on contract basis and posted to the Court of Special Magistrate, Kovur as
per Rule 9 of AP. State and Subordinate Service Rules.
On joining duty, the individual is deputed to work in I Additional Senior Civil Judge's
Court, Nellore until further orders.
(3) Sri Dornadula Sai Kumar, slo Dornadula Yekambaram, D.No.11-417, Mandharillu,

SPSR Nellore District, who is an outsider, is
selected as Junior Assistant on contract basis and posted to the Court of Special Magistrate,
Venkatagiri, SPSR Nellore District as per Rule -9 of AP. State and Subordinate Service Rules.
On joining duty, the individual is deputed to work in II Additional Judicial Magistrate of
First Class Court, Nellore for a period of three months i.e., form 01.10.2014 to 31.12.2014. The
II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nellore is directed to relieve the individual on
the afternoon of 31.12.20 14 after completion of three months of deputation.

and Subordinate Service Rules.
(6) Sri Md.Javid, slo Md.lmam Mohiddin, D.No. 7-1-69, Ranganayakulapet,
Nellore,
SPSR Nellore District, who is an outsider, is selected as Typist on contract basis and posted to
the Court of Special Magistrate, Venkatagiri, SPSR Nellore District as per Rule -9 of AP. State
and Subordinate Service Rules.
On joining duty, the individual is deputed to work in Senior Civil Judge's Court, Gudur
until further orders.
(7)Smt Pothuraju Dhanamma wlo M. Surendra Babu, Door No. 2-2-17/73, K.R.C. Road,
Kovur MandaI, SPSR Nellore District, who is an outsider, is selected as Personal Assistant on
contract basis and posted to the Court of Special Magistrate, Venkatagiri, SPSR Nellore District
as per Rule 9 of AP. State and Subordinate Service Rules.
On joining duty the individual is deputed to work in Principal Junior Civil Judge's Court,
Gudur until further orders.
NOTE:
1.
The above individuals are hereby informed that they are selected for the posts mentioned
against their names on contract basis.
2.
They shall obtain physical fitness certificate from CAS, Government Hospital and
produce it at the time of their joining duty.
3.
They shall execute a Deed of Agreementl Contract in a Non Judicial Stamps worth about
Rs. 110/- (Rupees one hundred and ten only) with the Principal District Judge, Nellore
incorporating the terms and conditions with regard to service, emoluments and they shall
obtain model agreement from the office where they join duty.
4.
The above appointments are purely temporary and on adhoc basis and are liable to be
terminated at any time without assigning any reasons and without issuing any notice.
5.
The po stings and transfers of the temporary appointment are at the sole discretion of the
Principal District and Sessions Judge, Nellore and necessitated by the administrative
exigencies.
6.
The orders are placed in the Web Site of the Principal District Court, Nellore
ecourts.gov.in. and the concerned Presiding Officers are requested to down load the said
proceedings and the copy downloaded from the Web Site is valid for taking action.
7.
The above appointees are informed that their tenure of appointment on contract basis is
from the date of their joining till 31.03.2015.
8.
They shall report duty within one week from the date of receipt of this order.
