Situated on the waterfront at Jacksons Landing, Pyrmont, in the old CSR sugar

A deposit of $30 per person is required
We ask that final guest numbers are confirmed 48 hours prior to the
booking, this is the minimum number of guests charged
A 8% service charge applies to all group bookings
In November and December all deposits are non-refundable
Terms and conditions must be initialled and signed
Exclusive use bookings






A deposit of $3,000 is required to secure exclusive use of Sugaroom
Final guest numbers and full payment of the food component of the
bill is required 1 week prior to the event, this is the minimum number of
guests charged
Four weeks’ notice is required in writing for cancellation of exclusive
events, otherwise the deposit is forfeited
In November and December all deposits are non-refundable
A 8% service charge applies to all exclusive use bookings
