Triolet
™
CHIMERA’s versatile Triolet can accept
3 lamp styles. With its unique new 2-pin
screw-in adapter, the small, popular 650
watt 2-pin style lamps can be used (the
protective glass dome assembly should be
used with 2-pin lamps). The Triolet
directly accepts Mogul base lamps and
medium based bulbs via a screw-in
adapter. The CHIMERA Triolet emits a
broad, omni-directional light that is
compatible with Lightbanks, Lanterns,
Octabanks, or even without a modifier
for a bare-bulb light effect. Both models
come equipped with Quick Release Speed
Rings that bayonet onto the housing.

Birdcage™ Lantern
Inspired by a working cinematographer Rich
Underwood, Cinematographer/Cameraman,
and refined by Chimera's engineers, the
new CHIMERA Birdcage Lantern light
has emerged as a unique addition to the
CHIMERA family of Lightbanks. This new
innovative design offers flexible use – hang
it, stand it up, lay it down, put it on a stand
with the new CHIMERA #3860 Stand
Adapter. The light can be shaped with the
adjustable black skirt, adding a glow
where you desire a small to moderate
area of soft accent light.
The new CHIMERA Birdcage stands
approximately 14” and comes complete
with a Mogul Base fixture for 500-watt
lamps plus a screw-in adapter to allow
the use of standard household lamps
(Stand Adapter and Lamp not included).

The backbone of the CHIMERA system, we
make the best Speed Rings available fitting
just about every lighting instrument made.
Quick Release Ring
The CHIMERA Quick Release Ring is
constructed of high-grade 6061/T6 aircraft
aluminum and with its unique patented
design, the Quick Release Ring allows you
to set up a Lightbank as quickly as an
umbrella! A flip of the lever allows you to
easily release the tension of the Lightbank
poles, simplifying setup and tear down of

PRO Panel Kits include a frame,
white/black cloth, 1/2 grid diffusion
cloth and a duffle.
Cameo Kit includes a frame,
full diffusion CHIMERA cloth,
white/black and silver/gold zebra
cloth, two grip heads and a duffle.
High Def Kit includes two frames,
1/2 and 1/4 grid cloths, white/black and
silver/gold zebra cloths, single and double
Bobbinette Scrims, two frame connectors
and a duffle.
Internal bungee cord keeps the frame segments
together during storage and travel, and aids in
