of Rancho Cordova is spending one day caring
for its community at United Way California
Capital Region’s 2nd Annual Day of Caring
on Sept. 12th.
The local company is sponsoring a project at
Health Education Council and Pacific Housing
to build a community garden. Twenty Zurich
volunteers will be creating a community garden at Mulberry Gardens Estates Apartments,
one of six across the region that were funded
through this year’s Big Day of Giving through
United Way.
Health Education Council and Pacific
Housing are hoping the new garden will promote unity among its residents and provide an
opportunity to learn how to grow, prepare and
consume nutritious, homegrown food.
Zurich Insurance is no stranger to giving
back to its community. In the last couple of
years alone, Zurich’s partnership with United
Way has brought employees out to volunteer with Sacramento Habitat for Humanity,
Sacramento Food Bank and Family Services,
Volunteers of America, Wellspring Women’s
Center and more.
At this year’s Day of Caring, United Way
is anticipating 500 volunteers will help with
31 projects for this annual event sponsored by

fundraising campaign, will start at 8 a.m. with
a breakfast and rally at Cal Expo and keynote
presentation by Sacramento Kings president
Chris Granger. Volunteer projects will begin
at 10 a.m. Last year, 362 volunteers completed
25 volunteer activities across five counties.
“We’re excited to watch companies, volunteers and nonprofits come together again
for an amazing day transforming our community through volunteer projects,” said
Stephanie McLemore Bray, United Way president and CEO. “This is what United Way and
the community do best – joining hands with
people across the region to make a tangible
difference.”

On Thursday, August 21st, the
City of Rancho Cordova hosted
a well-attended Business to
Community and Business to
Business Expo at City Hall. The
event has grown so much since
last year that business booths
filled the large expo space inside
the building and overflowed
to the back parking lot. People
happily walked from booth to
booth sampling food, networking, catching up with friends,
and enjoying a late summer day
in the good company of Rancho
Cordova residents and business representatives. The local
wild turkeys even made an
appearance.
The Rancho Cordova Business
Exchange is a business to community and business to business
expo that brings together businesses from throughout the
region. Food vendors, schools,
community service businesses,
and more were represented at
the mixer, including Sugar Bake
Cupcakes, SJVC Junior College,
William Jessup University,
Hannibal’s Catering and Events,
the Sacramento Children’s
Museumm, and Costa Vid Fresh
Mexican Grill.

the Community Readers K-3
Literacy Project of the Folsom
Unified School District, which is
dedicated to giving local, underprivileged children a good start
in school and in life by exposing them to reading at a young
age. According to Community
Outreach Coordinator Angela
Griffin Ankhelyi, many children are not only exposed to
little or no reading at home,
but are exposed to a very limited vocabulary in general. By
age two, low-income children
are six months behind in language development compared
to higher income children. By

Raley’s Supermarket Settles Civil Environmental Case

joins 25 other California district attorneys in announcing that
West Sacramento-based Raley’s
supermarket was ordered to
pay $1,599,000 in civil penalties, costs and supplemental
environmental projects, as
part of the settlement of a civil
enforcement prosecution, which
includes a final judgment and
permanent injunction. Raley’s
cooperated with the prosecution
team throughout the investigation
into their unlawful practices.
The judgment is the culmination of a civil enforcement
lawsuit filed in San Joaquin
County to stop the supermarket
chain from unlawfully transporting and disposing of retail
hazardous waste. The lawsuit claimed that more than
130 Raley’s supermarket stores
improperly stored, handled, and
disposed of hazardous waste and
pharmaceutical waste products
into company trash bins. Instead
of being sent to authorized disposal sites, hazardous wastes
and contaminated materials were
being unlawfully transported
to area landfills. Additionally,
the lawsuit alleges that Raley’s
failed to take sufficient steps
to preserve the confidentiality
of their pharmacy customers’
information.
As a result of the prosecution,
California Raley’s supermarkets
modified existing policies and
have
adopted new policies and procedures designed to eliminate
the disposal of retail hazardous
waste products and pharmaceutical waste into store trash
compactors for eventual disposal into local landfills not
equipped to handle such wastes.

The 9th Annual Capital Air
Show coming to Mather Air
Force Base on September 6
and 7, 2014, has something for
everyone. In fact, your local
Kiwanis Club will be on-site
both days; we will have our
breakfast stand open from 7:00
a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and then we
switch to pouring beer for thirsty
attendees. Our two-day mission
is to raise money for scholarships to benefit both Cordova
High and Kinney High school
students.
While we want you to enjoy
the airshow, of course, that is
only a part of why you should
attend this event. We also want
you to be there to see your
Rancho Cordova Kiwanis Club
in action and to observe the
dedication our group has to the
Rancho Cordova community. I
have said this before: we “roll
up our sleeves” and do the actual
work, we don’t hire someone to
do it for us. So, why DO we
spend our entire weekend working hard for scholarship monies?
Well, it is because of the difference we can make in the lives
of these young people who will
benefit from the scholarship
money we award. Come to the
meeting during which local high
school students are presented
with scholarship money and feel
So, I challenge you: get up
off the couch on September
6th or 7th and come out to the
Capitol Air Show. Spend a few
hours seeing some amazing airplanes, learning a little history
about the aircraft, the pilots,
and their role in defending our
country, and contributing to the
charities in our community by
purchasing food or beverages at
the fundraising stands they will
be hosting. It’s a great day out
for you and the family and the

Most of the people who live
in California live in cities.
Many people feel more comfortable when they are part of a
community and agree (most of
the time) that they have rights
to live by. As it says in our
Declaration of Independence,
“That to secure these rights,
Governments are instituted
among Men; deriving their just
powers from the consent of the
governed.” There are four cities
in California that I have talked
about in the past – Wildomar,
Menifee, Eastvale, and Jurupa
Valley – that incorporated after
Rancho Cordova incorporated.
There are two pieces of legislation that I have been watching
very closely and both have
finally been approved by both
houses of the State Legislature
and sent to the Governor for his
signature.
SB 69 will return the vehicle license fee revenue to those
four cities. Jurupa Valley had
47% of its budget taken away
one day after incorporation.
That was when the State was
taking revenue from as many
sources as possible because it
couldn’t balance its budget. AB
1521 will give cities, counties,
and special districts the money
they had begun receiving after
they annexed property which
had residents on it. At any rate
on Friday of last week, SB 69
and AB 1521 were finally sent
to the Governor’s desk for his
signature.
I hope the Governor will
be able to see the tremendous support these four cities
received from both houses of
the Legislature and that the
Governor will remember the
eight years he was Mayor of
the City of Oakland. He knows
first-hand that the elected public servants of our cities are the
government officials who the
people trust the most. It would
be a shame if the Governor
vetoes these bills. Please write,
email, and call the Governor’s
office and let them know that
your city, The City of Rancho
Cordova, is the best example of
what the people can accomplish
when given a chance.
This article is mainly focusing on legislation for local
government and what we hope
the State will pass on to the people. There are many other bills,
of course, which other people
and organizations are for or are
against – and that is only right.
But cityhood can do so much to
help its citizens. While there
are a few cities that have given
cities a black eye, all you have
to do is to look our city and see
what can be done for the good.
November 4th is Election
Day this year. And it is everyone’s right and responsibility to
vote. That will be mentioned
again, but in a few weeks you
will receive your sample ballot of who and what you will
be deciding on. Don’t let the
chance to vote go by without your voice being heard.
Remember that one vote can
make a difference. When
you voted in 2012 for the
three City Council Members
for Rancho Cordova, David
Sander received over 12,000
votes. Thank you for the more
than 10,000 votes you gave me,
but the other two candidates
who received over 7,000 votes
each, were initially separated
by three votes. And after the recount, the final decision for the
new Council Member was only
eight votes. Yes, your vote definitely counts.

JoEllen (Fitts) Mickelson,
89, of Rancho Cordova,
passed away peacefully
in her sleep Wednesday
August 6, 2014. She had
been recovering from Heart
and Stroke events at Casa
Coloma Care Center in
Rancho Cordova.
She was the daughter of
Albert Lee Fitts and Eurice
Lee Duncan. She was
born August 5th, 1925 and
married August 22, 1945, in
Wichita Falls, Texas.
JoEllen is survived by
her husband of almost
69 years, Joseph Love
(Mickey) Mickelson, Jr., of
Sacramento; three Children:
Joseph Love Mickelson
III of Sacramento; (Dee)
Ann Macdowell of Griffen,
Georgia; and Erin Aileen
Blevins of Sacramento; Five
Grandchildren: Connan
and Brennan Macdowell of
Griffen, Georgia.; Deborah

The discussion with the congressman focused on the value
of Medicare Advantage and
the importance of continuing
to protect seniors in Medicare
Advantage in the future.
According to Congressman
Bera, “As a doctor, I know firsthand how critical strengthening
Medicare is for our seniors.
Medicare Advantage plans cover
44 percent of Medicare recipients in Sacramento County,
delivering improved health outcomes while bringing down costs
for nearly 100,000 seniors. We
must keep the promises we’ve
made to our seniors, and ensure
this critical program is there for
the people who need it.”
Medicare Advantage is
the part of Medicare through
which private health plans provide comprehensive medical
coverage to seniors and other
Medicare Advantage beneficiaries. Research shows that 9
out of 10 Medicare Advantage
beneficiaries are satisfied with
their coverage. Members of the
Coalition relayed their personal
Medicare Advantage stories to
the Congressman.
“The value (of Medicare
Advantage) to us as a family is beyond description,” said
Medicare Advantage recipient
Gordon Lipp of Carmichael, while
telling a story of how his Medicare
Advantage plan saved his family
$50,000 in out-of-pocket medical
expenses. “As far as value is concerned, when you are talking about
medical care, I just don’t know
how you can put a value on that.”

Does positive thinking really
work? Have you tried it and been
disappointed? Do you find your
thoughts drifting to the negative
even though you try to make them
positive?
Positive thinking is extremely
powerful. It is essential to goal
achievement. Positive thinking
begins the process of attracting
the circumstances and people you
need in order to get where you
want to go. Positive thinking is
a crucial component of problem
solving.
If you haven’t had great success
with positive thinking, you are
likely discouraged. Even if you
may not have realized the results
you had hoped for, what’s the
alternative? Negative thinking?
Although you may be skeptical about positive thinking, no
one can claim negative thinking is
preferable.
Since negative thinking will
certainly exacerbate any problems,
you have nothing to lose by thinking positively. Positive thinking
has benefits without any negative
side effects.
Negative thoughts are displaced
with positive ones. Many people
have far more negative thoughts
than they realize. Start by monitoring what you think about.
Supplant each negative thought
with a positive one. For example,
replace I can’t with I can, it won’t
work with I’ll find a way to pull
it off, I don’t know how with I’ll
find a way, and I don’t want to fail
with I’ll be successful.

Changing your thoughts is a
continuous process. Even the
most positive people have negative thoughts. However, they
catch themselves and immediately
engage in positive replacement.
With practice, your positive thoughts will far outnumber
any negative ones and the negative ones will be more readily
displaced.
Although positive thinking is
great, two additional components
are required in order to realize its full, unlimited potential.
Your positive thoughts must be
accompanied by a positive plan
and positive action. Your positive
thoughts will facilitate plan formulation and motivate you to take
action.
Your plan is the roadmap that
delineates the steps required to
attain your goal. A goal can be
something you want to accomplish, a problem that needs to
be solved, or an obstacle to be
overcome.
A common pitfall is to make
each step in your plan too large.
It’s hard getting started on a big
step. Make sure you divide each
big step into smaller, more manageable segments. By so doing,
you reduce the likelihood of
becoming overwhelmed.
If you have problems formulating a workable plan, tap into your
positive thinking. Direct your
mind to discover a workable plan.
Leave you mind open to all possibilities. Be patient. An idea or
inspiration can come at anytime,

A plan is dynamic. It can be
modified as needed at any time.
You can add, change, or eliminate
steps. Your positive thoughts keep
your mind receptive to any alterations you’ll need to make.
Once your plan is in place, you
must take action. Without action
nothing happens. Start with the
first step in your plan. It doesn’t
matter how small the step might
be, getting started is what’s
imperative. Procrastination is particularly debilitating when you
want to get started. The longer
you delay taking action, the longer
it will take before you see results.
After the first step, take the next
one. Continue taking action until
your goal is accomplished. If you
get side tracked, stumble, or suffer a setback, just get back on
course. As long as you keep moving forward, you will ultimately
be successful.
Begin with positive thoughts.
Next create a positive plan. Then
take action. Utilizing this combination strategy enables you to
accomplish more than you previously thought possible.

The Gracious Mistress of the
Parsonage and Yours Truly finally
exercised our right to a vacation
and planned for a whole week to
spend with our son and his family. Preparing for a week vacation
takes about six weeks prior to the
vacation and then six weeks after
the vacation to get caught up. I do
not know how people take vacations all the time.
It was to be a great week of
relaxing and spending time with
our son and his family in the state
of Ohio. Ohio is remarkable for
a lot of things but when my wife
and I think of Ohio we think of
one thing: our grandchildren.
Someone once remarked that
grandchildren was God’s way
of apologizing for our children.
Maybe that is so, I do not know.
If so, I gladly accept His apology. All I know is it is wonderful
to spend time with grandchildren.
The important thing about being
a grandparent is discovering the
skills necessary to adequately
spoil your grandchildren within a
week’s time frame. Secretly, my
plan is to get back at my children
for their childhood in my home
by spoiling my grandchildren in
their home.
Revenge is sweet and
wonderful.
It was about the middle of the
week and my wife and I were sitting outside enjoying the cool
weather. All of the grandchildren
had been snuggled down into their
beds for the night. It certainly is
tiring to spend the day with grandchildren who have no shortage of
energy and whose tongue is a well
oiled machine and does not know
how to be quiet.
Our ears were still tingling
from the day’s childish verbiage
extravaganza.
We were sitting in the backyard
sipping some hot coffee, enjoying
the quiet evening when I heard
this buzzing sound on the left
side of my head. Automatically
my hand swatted in that area and
I went on drinking my coffee as
though nothing had happened.
I thought perhaps the kids were
still up or maybe it was a flashback from the afternoon.
My wife looked at me as
though something weird happened, but we continued enjoying
the evening atmosphere with only
the soothing sounds of sipping
coffee.
Then I heard the buzzing sound
again. This time it was on the
other side of my head and as I
swatted I began to realize what
was happening. All of the bugs
in the state of Ohio had received
a memo that I was vacationing in
the state. In well organized shifts
they began the welcoming process. Within a short time I was
swatting bugs with both hands
which did not seem to change the
situation at hand.
I know I am a sweet person, but
this was becoming ridiculous. I
would like to retain my sweetness
for something other than bugs.
I am not quite sure how many
bug bites I received that night, I
stopped counting at 2,973,442
bites. I am not quite certain, but
it was feeling more like it had
exceeded 3 million bites. If I
had a penny for every bug bite I
would buy some very expensive
bug repellent.
It seemed like they were working in shifts and it got to the point
where my mind shifted into a
murder scenario. Is it a crime to
murder a bug who has bitten me
so many times? Of course the real
question is, is it really murder?
Could it be considered a mercy
killing?
And if it is murder, what is
the penalty for murdering a bug?
I was at the point that I would
gladly have paid handsomely for
the privilege of putting some bugs
to rest.
As a spiritually minded person,
I wondered if bugs go to heaven
when they die? If they go to
heaven, do they continue to bite?
And, would it be proper for an
angel to swat a bug in heaven?
The mood I was in, after being
bitten so many times by these
lousy bugs, I had an opposite destination in mind. Since they like
fire so much and are attracted to
it, I would be glad to accommodate them. I know a place that
would fit the situation quite well.
After two hours of fighting
these stinking bugs, my sanity, as
fragile as it is, was on the brink of
collapsing. Once my sanity collapses I am not responsible for
what I will do or say. It was hard
to find a place on my body one
finger wide where a bug had not
tasted the delicacy of my sweet
skin.
One question I reflected on
was simply, what did the bugs
do before I arrived? Did they
save up all their energy for when
I would come and visit? This is
not the kind of celebrity status I
am seeking. My preference is to
be anonymous to all the bugs in
Ohio.
All of these insects, whatever
they were, were simply bugging
me to death.
When I regained some composure, I thought about what it
must have been like for Jesus to
come into this world. The writer
of Hebrews puts it this way, “So
Christ was once offered to bear
the sins of many; and unto them
that look for him shall he appear
the second time without sin unto
salvation” (Hebrews 9:28).
So many things in this world
bug me, but I have something
greater to look forward to, a place
called heaven.

the Ninth Circuit Court of
Appeal ruled that a class of 2,300
individuals working for FedEx
Ground was misclassified as
independent contractors instead
of employees. As a result, FedEx
may owe its workforce of drivers
hundreds of millions of dollars
for illegally shifting to them the
costs of such things as the FedEx
branded trucks, FedEx branded
uniforms, and FedEx scanners,
as well as missed meal and rest
period pay, overtime compensation, and penalties. The case,
known as Alexander v. FedEx
Ground, covers employees in
California from 2000 - 2007.
The ruling can be found on the
Leonard Carder website at leonardcarder.com.
Judge Fletcher’s majority
opinion was very clear on the
question of whether these workers are employees or independent
contractors, stating “We hold
that plaintiffs are employees as a
matter of law under California’s
right-to-control test.”
The court’s decision is the
most recent in a series of cases
that have methodically proven
that FedEx Ground’s independent contractor model is built on
the legal fiction that its drivers
are in business for themselves.
The Ninth Circuit decisively
rejected that claim. The court’s
finding in Alexander that drivers in California are covered by
California’s workplace protection statutes not only impacts
one of FedEx Ground’s largest
workforces but could influence
the outcome in over two dozen
cases nationwide in which FedEx
Ground drivers are challenging
the legality of their independent contractor classification.
Millions of packages are delivered every day across the state
under the control, direction, and
supervision of FedEx Ground.
In addition, many trucking companies have been operating under
a similar model in which they
classify their drivers as independent contractors.
“FedEx Ground built its business on the backs of individuals
it labelled as independent contractors, promising them the
entrepreneurial American
Dream,” said Leonard Carder
Attorney Beth A. Ross who is a
national leader on cases covering
the exploitation of workers by
mischaracterizing them as independent contractors. “However,
as Judge Trott said in his concurring opinion, not all that glitters
is gold.”
FedEx now requires its socalled contractors in California
to hire a secondary workforce
of FedEx drivers, who do the
same work as the plaintiffs
under the same contract. The
Alexander decision calls into
question FedEx’s strategy of
making plaintiffs the middle men
between the secondary workforce of drivers and FedEx.
“We have heard of many
instances where the secondary drivers are earning such low
wages that they have to rely on
public assistance to make ends
meet,” said Ross.
Background on the everyday
experience for FedEx Ground
drivers includes:
• FedEx Ground drivers were
required to pay out of out of
pocket for everything from the
FedEx Ground branded trucks
they drove (painted with the
FedEx Ground logo) to fuel,
various forms of insurance,
tires, oil changes, maintenance,
etc. as well as their uniforms,
scanners and even workers
compensation coverage.
• In some cases workers were
required to pay the wages of
employees who FedEx Ground
required them to hire to cover
for them if they were sick or
needed a vacation, to help out
during the Christmas rush, and
in some cases to drive other
FedEx Ground trucks.
• After paying these expenses,
a typical FedEx driver makes
less than employee drivers at
FedEx Ground’s competitors
like UPS, and receives none
of the employee benefits, like
health care, workers compensation, paid sick leave and
vacation, and retirement.
• In addition, their employment
was subject to the whims of
FedEx management and FedEx
Ground’s decisions on staffing
and routes left the employee
drivers stuck with expensive long-term truck leases on
FedEx branded trucks.
The drivers’ attorney Beth
Ross added, “Nationally, thousands of FedEx Ground drivers
must pay for the privilege of
working for FedEx 55 hours a
week, 52 weeks a year. Today,
these workers were granted
rights and benefits entitled to
employees under California law.
To be clear, the Ninth Circuit
exposed FedEx Ground’s independent contractor model as
unlawful.”
Among the noteworthy elements to emerge from the
litigation, FedEx Ground’s practices take advantage of workers
and are anti-competitive. FedEx
Ground’s so-called “contractors” do the same work as UPS
and U.S. Postal Service drivers for substantially less pay and
without benefits. This plays out
in two distinct ways. FedEx
Ground saves money and harms
drivers and the public by avoiding employment taxes and
workers’ compensation insurance, and complying with all
other workplace protections.
Ross added, “This ruling will
have seismic impact on this industry and the lives of FedEx Ground
drivers in California.”

The purpose of this public hearing is to consider the adoption of the 2013-14 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The 2013-14 CAPER describes the
programs and activities accomplished during the 2013-14 program year, in which
the City received $591,900 in federal CDBG funds.
The release of this notice is part of the City’s activities to fulfill citizen participation
requirements. Federal regulations require localities to provide the public with reasonable access to CDBG documents. The CAPER will also be available online at
www.cityofranchocordova.org under Housing Services. Copies of the CAPER will be
made available upon request and are free of charge.
The public review and comment period begins August 29, 2014 and will end September 15, 2014. The City of Rancho Cordova City Council will consider adoption of
the CAPER and provide an opportunity for public comment at their September 15,

Lancers Football Prepare
Cordova Volleyball
Impressive in Scrimmages
for Home Opener

RANCHO CORDOVA, CA (MPG) -
Now the waiting is over for the
Cordova High School football
team.
Cordova open the 2014 season
today – Friday – when Pioneer of
Woodland pays a visit to Lancer
Stadium for a non-league game.
Here is a look at this year’s
squad.
On offense, Unique Perez, a
junior, has been given the starting nod at quarterback. Isaac
Black, another junior who plays
wide receiver, will be Perez’s
back-up.
“I think he’s a real, natural quarterback,” said Cordova
head coach Vance Mueller of
Perez. “He has a lot of natural
instincts in him. He’s just a real
good leader for our team. He had
a real good scrimmage (against
Capital Christian High School
last Saturday); he didn’t turn the
ball over.”
Perez was the starting quarterback on the Lancers’ frosh/soph
football team the last two years.
In the backfield, nearly halfdozen running backs who could
start and rotate into games.
Seniors Aaron Pierce, Brandon
Buck and Andre Nevels lead the
way.
“They are going to contribute
on both sides of the ball,” said
Mueller of the trio. “We’re going
to be able to do running back by
committee.”
Other running backs are
juniors Seth Trujillo and Chance
Manzaneres.
An all-senior offensive line
will help guide the Lancers’ running backs.

center, Terion Guichard at right
guard and Brandon Lincoln at
right tackle.
In the Lancers’ offense that
could feature four to give wide
receivers on the field at times are
Devin Baldwin (junior), Carlos
Cuevas (senior), Ventrell Dyson,
Jeremiah Russell and Black.
On the defensive line, defensive tackle Azat Kudbalayan
(senior) returns, along with
Lotos. David Domachuk and
Vincent Spikes (both seniors)
will anchor the defensive end
spots.“They are going to be the
heart and soul of our defense,”
said Mueller of the quartet.
“They are disrupters.”
At linebackers, Jordan
Richard, Buck and Kurtis
Simmons will handle the outside
and inside duties. “They are a
good, solid group,” said Mueller
of the linebackers.
In the secondary, Matthew
Giles, Nevels, Manzaneres,
Russell, Xavier Dillard-Johnson,
Trujillo and Sam Nawalu will
see action.
Giles will handle the punting duties for Cordova, and
the place-kicking/PATs/FGs
has yet to be determined as of
Wednesday morning.
As an entire group, Mueller
feels this year’s team is a good
group that is ready to start the
season against a good Pioneer
squad tonight. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:15 p.m.
“It’s going to be a great way
to start our football season,”

Mueller said.
Last Saturday, the Cordova High
School volleyball team worked
on its skills during controlled
scrimmages at Inderkum High
School.
Lady Lancers head coach
Shavonna Andrews was pleased
with her squad’s performance
in moving the ball during their
scrimmages against Mesa Verde
and Inderkum.
“Overall, they did a pretty
good job playing together,”
Andrews said. “We had some
very good serving.”
Members of this year’s squad
are Shauna Gabriel, Vanessa
Cain, Alysha McMoore, Alyssa
Moreno, Evelynne Jiles, Gianna
Bell, Laira Capistrano, Marissa
Smith, Maomi McDonough and
Alexis Massimiano.
The Lancers continue practices this week in preparing for
next Tuesday.
That is when Cordova takes
part in the Sac-Joaquin Section’s
Foundation matches when it
plays at Foothill of Sacramento.
Then on Thursday, Sept. 4,
the Lady Lancers will host their
first match of the season against
Sacramento High School.
After playing nearly a halfdozen non-conference matches,
Cordova will open Sierra Valley
Conference play on Oct. 1st at
home against Galt.
