Sabina Provided
– New or updated information on area of concern
• Section 4.3 of FEIS Addendum
• New Climate Change Memo
• New Climate Change Expert Third Party Review
Technical Submission
– No identified concerns by reviewers
– INAC, ECCC, and NRCan commented
– Based on the additional information provided in the FEIS Addendum, INAC is satisfied with the
level of detail provided at this stage of the assessment. INAC noted that additional monitoring may
be required beyond the currently committed 21-year time frame
– NRCan stated that the information provided in the FEIS Addendum is consistent with the
approach for other mines in NWT and Nunavut, and follows best practices.
– ECCC had no further comments or concerns

Sabina reviewed the NIRB Final Hearing Report and Ministers Referral Letter
and identified outstanding concerns related to the Atmospheric Environment
Sabina provided an FEIS Addendum containing new or updated information
on all of the identified NIRB concerns
Following a technical review and subsequent final written submissions we
believe we have responded to all outstanding concerns from the reviewing
agencies
Further work we have done reconfirms Sabina’s FEIS conclusion that there will
be no significant impact on the Atmospheric Environment
For the NIRBs convenience, Sabina has provided a list of potential terms and
conditions and/or commitments applicable to the Atmospheric Environment
Final Hearing: FH-3 Atmospheric Environment
Potential Terms and Conditions and/or Commitments
To be provided during the Public Hearing process
