Abrahams & Cole
Coffee Company Ltd.
Abrahams & Cole Coffee Company Limited
was founded in 2009 by entrepreneurs
Anntonette Abrahams and Lambert Cole.
Abrahams & Cole quickly grew into a
resource for a modest amount of Blue
Mountain coffee beans from a small farm
cradled in the Blue Mountain Range.
In 2010, with the assistance of the
Scientific Research Council in Jamaica,
the company pioneered the creation of
Blue Mountain coffee infused syrup,
the flagship Abrahams & Cole Coffee
Pancake Syrup. Consumers have taken the
product potential beyond pancakes, and at
the beginning of 2011, the Company
rebranded its signature product as a
versatile coffee syrup under the name
Platinum Blue. Platinum represents the
entrepreneurial determination to give
consumers something different, rare, and
rich in flavour. Blue is indicative of the
source of the main ingredient: world-class
Blue Mountain coffee.
Products:
Platinum Blue Coffee Syrup: Infused with authentic Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee.
May be used as a glaze for turkey, chicken, ham, seafood; as a topping for pancakes, ice
cream, and desserts; or as dressing for raw vegetable salads.

caribbean specialty
foods co. ltd.
Caribbean Specialty Foods Co. Ltd. is
located in the twin islands of Trinidad
and Tobago. Our company is focused on
creativity, taste, quality and value pricing as
we bring exotic Caribbean flavours to the
world naturally.
The company began operations in 2000,
marketing natural hot sauces. At that time,
“natural” was a rare concept in the local hot
sauce market, so there was no competition
and the market responded favorably. The
company used facilities offered by the
local Business Development Company and
marketing assistance from the Caribbean
Export Development Agency to obtain
exposure locally and internationally.
In 2009, the company quickly embraced
opportunities to enhance its expertise and
expand its product base by partnering with
then new company, Grant’s Countrystyle
Foods, and utilizing the facilities and
resources of the Trinidad and Tobago
Agribusiness Association, a research and
development association.

Mountain Pride
Traditional hot chocolate was an
indigenous and common drink in
Trinidad and Tobago for generations,
but it somehow disappeared in the mid1970’s and was replaced by imported
chocolate drinks.
Exotic Caribbean Mountain Pride is now

However, it now consists of the world’s best,
