with the utmost respect to its neighbouring area.
Four subtly different styles have been used across
its eight buildings to form a cohesive whole.
Windsor, York and Lancaster House reflect the
industrial qualities of the Shad Thames buildings
whilst Tudor House is inspired by the modernist
More London.
The beautiful landscaped gardens offer a sense of
calm and tranquility, given the central location.
Residents have exclusive access to a private
courtyard garden constructed above the cultural
space at first-floor level. An interactive water clock
fountain forms a beautiful signature feature, with
leaping jets representing the passing of the hours.
Inside, the common areas are every bit as
thoughtful and distinctive, with a sense of privacy
and calm reminiscent of a five-star luxury hotel.
However, the most individual touch of all comes
when you enter the residence itself.

Conran & Partners. Materials and fittings have
been chosen to deliver the utmost in quality
and style, while also working together to form
a coherent and distinctive whole.
Making your selection
We invite you to read through this guide and
examine the options available, before making your
choice of palette. Please note that it is not possible
to mix and match between palettes and some
colour options will be dependent on time frame.
If an apartment has not been reserved prior to
fit-out, a default option will be chosen by Berkeley.

Founded by legendary designer
Sir Terence Conran, Conran & Partners
have been producing inspired masterplans,
architecture and interiors across the
world for more than 30 years.
Previous projects include some of the
best-known luxury developments in the
world from the Roppongi Hills urban
quarter in Tokyo to Das Triest hotel in
Vienna and Butler’s Wharf in London.
Conran & Partners has an affinity with this part
of London that stretches back decades. The
Group was responsible for the rejuvenation of
Butler’s Wharf – a 20-year project that transformed
a derelict area of Victorian warehousing into
a thriving community of restaurants, bars, shops,
galleries, flats and offices. Conran & Partners still
has its head office here.
Their vision for One Tower Bridge takes into
account its location as the meeting point of three
world-famous icons: Tower Bridge, the River Thames
and the Tower of London. Drawing on their deep
understanding of this area, the design team has
created a set of palettes reflecting the distinctive
character of this unique part of London.
Contemporary classics
The interiors combine old with new, light with
shade, and contemporary with traditional materials.
Associations with trade and heritage are reflected
in crafted, bespoke detailing, and combine with
luxurious materials and facilities to exude a
sophisticated urban personality.
The process
Contemporary luxury living is the keynote
throughout – from bespoke cabinets for each
custom-designed kitchen, to custom-made
cabinetry in the living rooms, extensive oak interiors
for the wardrobes, and five-star hotel standard
bathrooms. From this synthesis, three individual
looks have been created, each inspired by its
positioning, vantage and architecture.

Beautifully bright
There is something special about the start of a new
day in London – the sun reflected in the river, the
air filled with crisp morning light, the city waking
to a day full of possibilities. Our City Light palette
embodies that spirit, making extensive use of
whitened oak, stainless steel, luxurious off-white
fabrics and polished marble with a natural stone
finish. The result is an airy and fresh ambience that
accentuates the natural light: a haven of tranquility
in the heart of the city.

Custom-designed, ergonomically planned kitchens
are beautifully finished with composite stone
countertops. There are high quality stainless steel
fittings and branded integrated appliances chosen
for their stylish appearance and durability, plus
state-of the-art technology including built-in coffee
machines to make the consummate espresso and
wine coolers to quickly chill down a bottle of wine
to the perfect temperature.

large-format stone tiles, smooth branded polished
stainless steel fittings and stone countertops
with matching bath area and secondary walls set

for example below the vanity, so functionality
is matched by atmosphere. Night lighting is added
for convenience.

Taking its cue from the light and shade of a typical
Shad Thames day, this palette explores the way
in which past, present and future live alongside
each other in this special part of London. All around
you are Victorian warehouses that have been
reinvented as contemporary, desirable destinations.
Urban edge offers the same combination of classic
and contemporary: natural oak alongside polished
quartz, warm colours alongside matt platinum
lacquers. This is urban living with soul.

to meet the needs of a disabled purchaser prior
