TECHNICAL SERVICES
Telephone, Electricity, Water and Air Technical Services:
• Electricity installation services and utilization of 100w/m2 electricity in stands are free. 1 spot light will be
provided for each 3 m2 for lighting inside the stand.
• PARTICIPANT will be responsible for all damages on installation materials and arisen from uncontrolled
energy use.
Loading and Unloading Services:
• EXPOLİNK will provide 2 forklifts and 1 crane to be used by the participants during stand loading and unloading in the fairground two days before start of the fair and 1 day after ending of the fair
Participant’s Entrance Card:
• Five name tags are provided free of charge to each participant.
• Free participant’s entrance card will be officially issued only for the participant, stand personnel and
representatives of the participant. In case of unlawful use of the entrance card, cards will be taken
back and new cards will not be issued.
Catalog:
• EXPOLİNK will prepare a “Fair Catalogue” containing general introduction of participating companies.
Catalogue will include the information related to the introduction and activity fields of the companies.
Standard introduction forms will be sent to the companies by Expolink.
• Companies will not make a claim in respect of faulty, missing or omitted information in participating company information in the catalogue to be printed by EXPOLİNK.
• EXPOLİNK will not be held responsible for the contents of the information in the catalogue and the printing
faults due to the reasons beyond control.
Participant Thank You Plaque:
• EXPOLİNK will give a thank you plaque for support of the participating companies to the organization.
Fair Insurance Coverage:
• EXPOLİNK generally insures the showrooms. Risks within the scope of this insurance include personal accident insurance, fire, 3rd party financial liability insurance. However, this insurance will not cover the goods exhibited by the participants in the fair.
Stand Cleaning:
• EXPOLİNK will organize the general cleaning of the fairground.
• Participant will be individually responsible for cleaning his/her own stand before fair opening.
• Participant must leave her/his own dustbin in front of his/her stand every evening.
Security:
• EXPOLINK will be responsible for general security of the fairground and the halls.
• Security will start on the first day of the entry of the companies to the fairground and ends on the last day of the exit.
• EXPOLINK will be entitled to take required measures.
• Participants will be responsible for the security of their own goods.
• EXPOLİNK will not accept the responsibility of the exhibits in the stand.
• EXPOLİNK will not be held responsible for any loss and damage during the fair organization.
• EXPOLİNK’s liability for general security will not cover the damage to the goods and personal injuries.
• EXPOLİNK’ in genel güvenlik için mesuliyeti, mala zarar ve kişisel yaralanmaları kapsamaz.

Stand rental fee will be calculated on the basis of 1m unit. Services within the scope of this fee are as
follows:

• Carpeting the inside of the stand and corridors (Except for Special Stand).
•Provision of 1 spot light for each 3 m2 for
lighting in the stand.
•Interior and exterior lighting of the fairground.
• Security and general cleaning services on
the fairground.
• Information office, internal announcement
system, first aid services.
FARMERS
• Advertisement and promotion services of the fair.
• Preparing and attaching writings on the front parts
of the stands.
• Printing and distribution services of fair catalogue, posters and invitations cards.
• Wireless internet access services on the fairground.
• The smallest stand area is 12 m2.
• Payment for extra stand materials during the fair
organization will be made by concerned participant.

“Bu Fuar 5174 sayılı Kanun gereğince TOBB (Türkiye Odalar ve Borsalar Birliği) denetiminde düzenlenmektedir”
WEST BLACK SEA REGION includes the cities of primarily ZONGULDAK-KARABÜK-BARTIN and KASTAMONUSİNOP-BOLU DÜZCE in the surrounding of the region. Even though each of these cities does not have a sufficient
capacity to organize Food, Agriculture and Livestock Fair, they have an important potential in consideration of the
West Black Sea Region in general.
As Expolink Fair Organization; we organize REGIONAL FAIRS and INTERNATIONAL FAIRS instead of Food, Agriculture
and Livestock Fair on provincial basis. We think that organizing a fair in Çaycuma which is close to the middle of three
cities at the center has been appropriate in line with the researches we have made for the West Black Sea Region.
As for the agricultural potential of the cities in the West Black Sea Region;

The topic which has been focused on recently by the unions, chambers and federations throughout the world in
respect of agricultural sector is to increase agricultural products and productions and take joints decisions in order
to deal with primarily famine and many other challenges. Therefore, farmers in the WEST BLACK SEA REGION have
understood the importance of this subject and carried out various activities and upon this, micro-size agricultural
family enterprise has come into prominence in a significant manner.
West Black Sea Region will host such an important organization with WEST BLACK SEA REGION FOOD, AGRICULTURE
AND LIVESTOCK FAIR to be realized between the dates of 29th September-2nd October, 2016 in the West Black Sea
Region which will have a much more important position in our country in the near future with its production diversity in agriculture, different production methods and broad perspective.

WHY WEST BLACK SEA REGION?
This fair organization to be realized between 29th September-2nd October 2016 will allow new technologies to be introduced for development of Turkish Agricultural sector , new buyers to meet on the product
basis and innovations regarding technical equipment and machines to come together with the representatives of the sector. The organization to include all main issues regarding Agricultural Sector will ensure
that domestic and foreign buyers and concerned persons meet in the West Black Sea Region between 29th
September-2nd October 2016.

Main target of the organization is to create a commercial platform on the basis of sector by bringing particularly sector producers in domestic market with the farmers in the region together. • Continuously informing all companies carrying out activities in the sectors covered by the fair regarding the fair organization by means of mass media.
• Making cooperation with the purpose of bringing visitors from all parts of Turkey by building a
communication with all Provincial and District Directorates of Agriculture and Chambers of
Agriculture in Turkey until the start date of the fair.
• Informing about and inviting the members of Agricultural Credit Cooperatives of Turkey, Agriculture Engineers Chamber, lecturers and students of Faculty of Agriculture to the fair.
•Distributing fair promotion posters and invitation cards to Agriculture Engineers Chamber, Chambers
of Industry and Commerce, Research Institutes, Exporters’ Unions and all irrigation and production
cooperatives and industrial enterprises.
• Ensuring that advertisements and announcements for the fair are always included in sectoral
publications by cooperating with such sectors.
•Making advertisement and announcement of the fair by continuously sending news related to the
fair to the national and local media organs.
• Putting up posters and advertisement for the fair with billboards on Municipality buses, mini-buses
and public transportation vehicles between the counties and potential neighboring towns.
•Giving banner ads on the most visited pages of the Public Authorities, Nongovernmental
Organizations(NGOS) providing information regarding fairs and support to the fair project and all
websites related to the sector.
• Distributing informative materials such as brochures, cd, posters for the fair throughout Turkey.
• Introducing the fair by putting up posters and banners in the regions, provinces, counties, towns and villages where agricultural potential is quite high.
• Distributing invitation cards (200.000 in total) to the fair participants, investors, dealers, producers, growers, sectoral chambers, unions and association members
• Inviting members and managers of top level bureaucracy to the fair and distributing
VIP invitation cards
