* Primary Goals
•  Building on and development of hockey skills.
•  Preparing players for moving on to a higher level.
•  Three practices, two games and one dry land, video sessions of
previous games to enhance development.
•  Practices, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
•  Dry land is proposed for Wednesday at VOS Hockey as well as a
weight training program.
•  On away weekends, Friday practice will be moved to Wednesdays
so the practice time is not lost. The players will then be rested for
the weekend.
•  Away trips will depart either Friday morning or early Saturday
morning depending on the distance of the trip.
•  This is determined by BC Hockey.

•  Team Image and Player Promotion.
•  Expectations of professionalism on and off the
ice.
•  Game day standards including music, national
anthem and announcements.
•  Promote players and games through website.
Working with WHL and junior teams.
•  Showcase weekends.

Player Selection Process
-Evaluation Camp May 1-3 and August 2015.
-At the end of the evaluation weekend, players will receive
a one on one interview.
-12 players will be offered a spot including one goalie.
-Team is set September 15th
-Full roster is 20 players.
-Temporary cards may be used as players are released
from the WHL/Junior Teams.
- Opportunities available to become an affiliate player.
