We will again be offering a full range of training programs suitable for all
talent levels and disciplines. Whether you are a runner or walker, veteran
or beginner, we think we have a great number of training options that will
cater to the masses.
WITH ALL OF THESE PROGRAMS GOING ON,
OUR GOAL STILL REMAINS THE SAME: TO HELP
GET YOU TO WHERE YOU WANT TO GO!
With the guidance of our experienced group of coaches, we will give
you the assistance and encouragement needed to get you to the Finish
Line! With our team-like atmosphere, we promise to make the groups
educational and to have some fun along the way.

All of our programs meet twice weekly and we’ll provide you a monthby-month training schedule geared towards your specific event. We also
provide plenty of support along the way as our coaches join you for each
and every workout, sharing not only their expertise, but also some of their
individual experiences along the way.
Within the program itself, it is not “all-work” as we do offer a number of
social activities – ranging from Happy Hours to Cookouts – which are
all designed for you to let your hair down as well as see other group
members in a different atmosphere. Our thought is, by sharing common
goals and building a sense of team, we can help to make the challenging
days not so challenging and the hard days not so hard.
Participant Perks Include: You will receive a technical running
shirt along with a pair of technical socks. Also included are energy
supplements, along with water and Gatorade during your runs. For the
marathon groups we will have celebration events, not to mention a happyhour or two on us!
