D.I.Y. Installation Steps
Sweep and wash surface of balcony area.
Place planters, as per plan.
Place shrubs, perennials and annuals, as per plan.
Remove plants from nursery pots, keeping in place.
Loosen root ball gently with your hands.
Fill planter boxes with Parkwood® Enriched Potting Mix,
lifting shrubs up to ensure soil goes under the root ball.
Ensure that there is approx. 3-4” of room below
planter top, to allow for effective watering.
Fill around each plant with Parkwood® Enriched Potting
Mix and press firmly to secure in place. Add perennial
grasses and annuals to empty areas, as per plan.
Water the boxes with Parkwood® Transplanter/water
mixture to reduce shock, as per package.
Place table, chairs and statue, as per plan.
Fertilize monthly with Parkwood® All Purpose Plant
Food to ensure maximum growth.
