Cornwell Casting was founded in 2006 by former Real World, Boston
cast member turned casting producer Jason Cornwell with the mission
of casting interesting, smart, well formatted casts for the growing
world of non-scripted television.
As an independent casting company based in Santa Monica,
California, Cornwell Casting is composed of some of the top
industry casting producers and casting directors with over 200
combined shows on their resumes. This state of the art, allinclusive casting company has worked for some of the industry’s
biggest production companies and networks since its inception and
is one of the industry’s only full-service reality casting
companies on the West Coast.

BIOS
Jason Cornwell - (Partner) is
one of the most sought after names in the reality
television casting arena. Having begun his reality
career in 1997 as a cast member on MTV’s The Real
World: Boston, he quickly made the transition to
working behind the scenes the following year at
Bunim-Murray Productions. Over the last 15 years,
Jason has helped networks and production companies
successfully cast over 300 shows. From FX’s
groundbreaking series on race, BLACK/WHITE over ten years ago, to
current shows like TBS’s Separation Anxiety and Vh1’s Love at First
Kiss and the ongoing Bravo hit, Millionaire Matchmaker, Jason has had
the opportunity to supervise casting teams in almost every genre of
reality television.
With over 20 shows airing in 2014/15 so far,
Cornwell Casting has helped production companies take ideas from
concept to series successfully many times over, Jason grew up in
Arkansas and attended Hendrix College, and has been a native of Los
Angeles since 1998. He currently lives in Santa Monica with his wife
and son.
Damon Collazo - (Partner) started his career on the
other side of the camera and slowly moved his way into
the world of reality television as a Casting Director,
beginning with shows such as Beauty and the Geek and
Tough Love. Over the years, Damon has helped numerous
production companies cast and develop new talent for
their pilots and series. With shows like The
Millionaire Matchmaker and new series like Love at
First Kiss, Damon has managed to be the one of the top
Supervising Casting Producers that production companies
go to and networks rely on. With over ten years of experience, there is
very little Damon hasn’t cast — from development projects to large
productions with hundreds of cast members. “It doesn’t matter how big or
small, the goal is to find talent that is ‘root-able’ and ‘pops’ off the
screen.” Damon was born in Texas and graduated from the University of
Texas at Austin with a Bachelors in English.
Tony Miros, CSA - (Partner) began his career in
reality television at Bunim-Murray Productions where he worked on some of the company's most
successful shows including The Real World (Denver,
Sydney, and Hollywood), Road Rules: Viewers Revenge
and America's Psychic Challenge. Over the past 10
years, Tony has cast over 70 shows for several
networks and production companies including The
Travel Channel's Baggage Battles, ABC Family's
Beverly Hills Nannies, VH1's Tough Love (Miami, New
Orleans and Co-Ed) and the Emmy Award-winning
competition series Project Runway. His most recent
credits include A&E’s Shipping Wars, TLC’s Answered Prayers, and Food
Network’s On The Rocks. Tony has also cast a number of award-winning,
scripted, independent films including Frameline Film Festival winner “A
Marine Story”. He is a resident of the City of West Hollywood and a
proud member of the Casting Society of America (C.S.A.).
Sandra Petko - (Partner) A University of
Southern California graduate, Sandra Petko,
aka “Sandra Dee”, earned her bachelors degree
in Theatre and Film and began her casting
career in 2004 after accepting the position of
Media Director for Horizon Productions’ “The
Lingerie Bowl”. Since then, she has maintained
her position as a Casting Director for
unscripted television programming for all the
top networks such as NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX, MTV,
VH1, E!, BRAVO, LIFETIME, OXYGEN, GSN and
others. She has cast over 100 reality shows
including Big Brother, Tough Love, The Millionaire Matchmaker,
Escape Club, Beauty & the Geek, Redneck Island, The Hook Up, Dating
in the Dark, Rock of Love, I Love New York, Flavor of Love, For the
Love of Ray J, America's Most Smartest Model, Deal or No Deal
(models), and many more. It is Sandra’s eye for talent and her
relentless pursuit of new and unique television personalities that
has made her an undeniable success in this industry.

of the industry’s top casting producers. With over
