I have been a resident of Glocester for 23 years. I believe very
strongly in this community, and I believe there is an inequity
in our voices. I believe that everyone's voice is valued and
shoud be heard. I am running for Town Coucil to maintain the
balance in that voice.
As a Town Councilor, I will continuously work to enhance
and improve the quality of life in this community. We have all
benefited through our property values, our schools and our
businesses from the community Glocester has built over the
years. We need to maintain that investment and continue to
grow.

• Three different lighting fairs at the Glocester
Senior Center for all towns.
• Volunteer Appreciation Night- citations from
state and town-were given to boards and
commissions.
• Community Garden for the town of Glocesterall food donated to Glocester food bank.
• Spoke in front of Governor Chafee regarding
the Green Energy at Glocester Senior Center.
• Energy Leadership Day in Providence- spoke
on behalf of the Town of Glocester Solar
Project.
• Spoke in Washington, D.C. at the Senate
building regarding the green energy funding
and regulations.
• Spoke to the Town Council on what the
Community Resource and Waste Water
Advisory Commission projects are and what
activities we have going on.
• Served on the Flag campaign that can be
observed on the Ancients and Horribles
parade in Chepachet.
• Worked with Rise Engineering to replace
town facilities with updated lighting.
• Recruited numerous grants and was
successful on receiving a grant for the
Hydro-Power Project feasibility study.

plant, Invenergy, being built in our
neighboring town, Burrillville.
I am a strong believer in Alternate
Energy to reduce property taxes and
bring good, clean energy into our
communities.
I want to bring in new ideas, new
leadership, and a new voice to the
table. It's been the same council for
many years and I believe it is time to
bring in new people with new ideas.
I endorse council meetings being
aired publicly on Cox Cable to ensure
transparent government.
I will continue to support youth and
recreation programs and improve
school infrastructure.
I want to raise the property exemption
guidelines for Seniors and Low
Income Residents.
