Approval the City Manager and to Mitigation execute the Mitigation Agreement EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The City is implementing drainage improvements on Eastside Canal It was determined at investigation and geotechnical site exploration that some wetland will occur impacts during drainage improvements Hillsborough County Environmental Protection Commission HCEPC determined that mitigation for the wetland impacts will the time of field be required for the canal portion lies northeast of North Vermont Avenue The City Approval for the wetland impacts based on upcoming Mitigation Mitigation Agreement will construction limits impacts Based on HCEPC directions the City processed the wetland characterization of the area requiring mitigation prepared and submitted to HCEPC the Mitigation Plan with supporting documents HCEPC accepted the proposed Mitigation Plan and issued the letter dated April 8 2009 with Wetland Impact Approval based on the Mitigation Agreement FUNDING AVAILABLE Funds for
