TO THE COMMISSIONER'S COURT OF Tom Green County,
ATTENTION COUNTY JUDGE:
Formal notice is hereby given that GTE Southwest Incorporated D/B/A Verizon Southwest will
construct a communication line within the right-of-way of a County Road in Tom Green County, San Angelo,
Texas _ as follows:

Starting at a point nt he South ROWproposed buried drop wire will be placed in a westerly direction
for 790 ft. Then 3 ft in the west Row, then south of 2,110 ft to the gate at the end of the road. All cable
will be placed aminimum depth of 24 inches and within 6 ft ofright of way.
The location and description of this line and associated appurtenances is more fully shown by
_2_ _ copies of drawings attached to this notice. The line will be constructed and maintained on the
County Road right-of-way in accordance with governing laws.
Notwithstanding any other provisions contained herein, it is expressly understood that tender of this
Notice by the GTE Southwest Incorporated D/B/A Verizon Southwest does not constitute a waiver,
surrender, abandonment or impairment
of any property rights, franchise, easement, license, authority, permission, privilege or right now granted by
law or may be granted in the future and any provision or provisions so construed shall be null and void.
Construction of this line will begin on or after January 11, 2011->
