HOME User (appraiser) home page. Home page contains listing for appraisee assessment status which is group by user (appraiser). MY ASSESSMENT Personal details will appear on the page. My Assessment is design for user to do assessment personally. 2.1 PLANNING 2.1.1 My KPI Weightage During planning phase, user needs to complete the KPI Weightage. Total weightage must equal to 100. It will be complete by respective appraiser. User can only print the report. 2.3 YEAR END REVIEW 2.3.1 My KPI Assessment During year end review, appraiser can complete their personal KPI Assessment. (If agree by respective appraiser/reviewer) If user KPI weightage is not complete, system will prompt at user interface with message “KPI Weightage is not complete. Please continue here”. Click on the link and system will divert user interface to KPI weightage screen and let user to complete the weightage. Assessment Summary shows all KPI Main weightage and the score at the top of the section. Selected KPI Main will load all sub KPI description with the sub weightage value. 3. User only required to fill up value in the green section. (Refer Rating Score Scale). 4. Click “Click here for Rating Score scale” to get to know the ranking of each target met. 5. System is automatically calculate the user ranking and it score. Repeat the same step for other KPI Main until complete. See Total KPI Score at Assessment Summary. For user, it is available as read only page. This is read only page and user is allowed to print the records. For user, it is available as read only page. There are 5 levels to measure the core values. Refer to the list above. Kumpulan IKRAM Sdn Bhd 11 PMS ver 2 - User Manual (Assessment Module) for Appraiser 2.3.4 My Overall Performance Overall performance is summarize of all assessment in the system. Additional Contribution is available for appraise/appraiser/reviewer to fill up their comments. Overall performance rating is categories in 5 scales which will be automatically rate by the system. See the yellow indicator to know your overall performance rating. User can only write their comment in Appraisee’s Remarks on Overall Assessment section. Other section is read only and available for respective appraiser or reviewer to write their comments. APPRAISE MY STAFF Appraise My Staff is design for user to appraise their subordinate. It’s only available for user who has register as an appraiser. 4.1 SELECT STAFF Select year of assessment. Search the staff ID. Kumpulan IKRAM Sdn Bhd 16 PMS ver 2 - User Manual (Assessment Module) for Appraiser 4.2.2 Area Need Improvement Complete the staff Area Need Improvement section during planning phase. 4.3 MID YEAR REVIEW 4.3.1 Area Need Improvement Complete the area need improvement during mid year review. Kumpulan IKRAM Sdn Bhd 17 PMS ver 2 - User Manual (Assessment Module) for Appraiser 4.4 YEAR END REVIEW 4.4.1 KPI Assessment Staff During year end review, complete the staff KPI assessment. Make sure the correct staff detail is load on the screen. See the assessment summary to know the weightage and assessment, whereby it is complete or not. Assessment summary above shows the weightage that is complete 100 and then user can proceed to do KPI assessment. Click the Rating Score Scale to get to know the ranking and classification. System will automatically calculate the result. Kumpulan IKRAM Sdn Bhd 19 PMS ver 2 - User Manual (Assessment Module) for Appraiser Once user proceeds to save the records, system will show the result in Assessment Summary. 4.4.2 Area Need Improvement Make sure the selected staff appear on the screen, and complete the area need improvement. Click add row to add another row. To delete, check on the selected box and click delete. Fill in the core values score on the Demonstrated section. The above table shows the rating score to evaluate core values. Overall core values score is automatically summarize as the table above. System is automatically rate the overall performance with 5 level of scale. Above show the appraisee overall performance rating scale. System will highlight with yellow color. See the picture above. Make sure the correct appraisee was selected. Click add row to add another row or records. To delete the row, check on the check box of selected item and click delete. User (appraiser) is only permitted to key-in their comments at “Appraiser’s Remarks on Overall Assessment” section only. REPORTS This features is available for user to generate report for their respective appraisee and department. 6.1 SELECT REPORTS Select year record. Select phase or checklist. Select report type.
