The Way Things Work at the Alamo: Getting your Drinks & Snacks
1. Write your menu choices on the paper provided
2. Stand the paper up in the metal clip on your table, so that it acts as a flag
3. A waitperson will come by only if they see the flag--make sure it's visible to someone on the side of your aisle!
4. Order as often as you like until the check is dropped (last call)
5. As soon as the check is dropped, pay your tab with cash or credit card. Paying as soon as the check arrives will ensure that
you get your change before it's time to go home!
6. If you enjoy the service, please feel free to tip the waitstaff!
