With herbs and vegetables grown on the grounds of Montsalvat to Melbourne’s
premier suppliers you are assured an unforgettable experience.
All our packages include a pre– reception for your guests to enjoy whilst your Wedding Photography is
occurring .
Throughout the hour the below chef selected canapés are served and will be waiting for you in the Bridal
studio for your refreshment.

Roman style semolina gnocchi with a creamy roasted
pumpkin, pea and thyme sauce and topped with a spinach
feta and pine nut salad
Caramelised red onion, currant and goats cheese pithivier
with a truss tomato confit, fresh basil and
wilted radicchio
Salad of smoked trout, witlof and orange with dill, crème
fraîche and Buxton salmon roe
Smoked eggplant folded through creamy harissa flavoured

a ginger & star anise master stock with crisp noodle &
