Rebate rewards are earned by putting strong vending brands in your machines. The more you buy,
the higher your rebate. Once your purchase targets are met, rebates are paid on total dollar
sales for each quarter.
These purchases must be comprised in at least 4 of the following 6 categories:

Official Terms & Conditions
VENDING OPERATORS: Beginning on 1/1/15 through 12/31/15 (“Promotion Period”):
1.Vending operators who achieve a minimum of 95% of year ago purchase performance and
___ purchase an eighty five (85) case minimum
consisting of twenty five (25) cases per category (except Wholesome Snacks category – ten (10) case minimum this category) from four (4)
of the six (6) categories (see below for full category list) in any quarter of calendar year 2015 will have the opportunity to earn a bonus.

Collectively “Participating Products” (see chart in promotional material for Qualifying Levels) during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Purchases”)
Note: Operators who participated in the 2014 Kellogg Rewards Program will be automatically enrolled in this program.
2.Qualifying Purchase of Participating Products based on designated performance levels will earn the vending operator a bonus (see
promotional material for case minimums, award percentages and qualifying bonus levels). Only purchases completed through an
authorized vending distributor will count in the program.
3.Vending operators will automatically receive their bonus at the end of each quarter based on their performance level met. Bonuses
will be paid on total sales for each quarter. Awards will be delivered to vending operator from Sponsor’s fulfillment partner upon
receipt and verification of Qualifying Performance information. Please allow 4 – 6 weeks from end of quarter for delivery of award.
Offer good only on Qualifying Purchases of Participating Products as stated above. Offer open only to Vending Operators who are legal
residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, are 18 years of age or older, and are in good standing with the Sponsor
during the Promotion Period and at the time of receiving any award. Promotion is void where otherwise prohibited.
