How to Enroll at Brilliant Tutorials through CSC
ENROLMENT at BRILLIANT TUTORIALS through CSC Website
•The VLE will login on to the CSC website using the username
and password provided by CSC
•After successful login, the user will be taken to a screen where
the VLE has to select the class studying (refer figure A) and
then the list of courses under that class is displayed.
•Now click on the Enroll Now link (refer figure B) next to the
Course name to select the course the student wants to enroll
in at Brilliant Tutorials. The fees for each course is displayed
next to the course name. The fees includes the service tax.
•Upon selection of the course, the online enrolment form is
displayed (refer figure C). The VLE has to fill in the details
given by the student and also upload/scan the student’s
passport size photograph. The fields marked in (*) are
mandatory. The VLE has to verify that all the mandatory fields
are entered without error.
After successful login the user will be taken to a screen where the VLE has
to select the class the student is studying (refer figure A)

Now click on the Enroll Now link (refer figure B) next to the Course name to select the
course the student wants to enroll at Brilliant Tutorials. The fee for each course is
displayed next to the course name. The fee includes the service tax.

Upon selection of the course the online enrolment form is displayed (Figure C). The
VLE has to fill in the details given by the student and also upload/scan the student’s
passport size photograph. The fields marked in (*) are mandatory. Click on Submit
button

Enrolment Procedure Continues…
•Upon successful data entry of the student details, the VLE will
be taken to the CSC payment gateway to pay the course fee
(refer figure D). In this screen, the total fees to be paid will
be displayed and then the VLE has to enter the OMT ID
and Wallet Password. Select the option “I have read and
accepted terms of use”.
•Click on Pay Now button.
•Upon successful transaction and approval by CSC payment
gateway, a success transaction screen is displayed (Refer
figure E).
Upon successful Data entry of the student details the VLE will be taken to the
CSC payment gateway to pay the course fee (Refer figure D). In this screen the
Total fees to be paid will be displayed and then the VLE has to enter the OMT ID
and Wallet Password. Select the option “I have read and accepted terms of
use a”. Click on Pay now button.

Upon successful payment transaction and approval by CSC payment gateway , the
details of the success transaction will be displayed on the screen (Refer figure E). An
email will be sent to the student (email id provided in the online enrolment form) with an
attachment of a soft copy of an duly filled enrolment form , which has to be retained by
the student for future reference.

After Successful Online Enrolment
•Brilliant will start the process of admission soon
after receipt of the online enrolment form and
the online payment details. An Enrolment
Number will be allotted to the student only after
confirmation of the online payment transaction
and after scrutinizing of the application to ensure
all information provided is complete.
•If any enrolment is rejected for reasons such as
incomplete
information/documentation
or
ineligibility of the student for the course, BT will
communicate this to the VLE .

•Within one week of enrolment, BT will
send an e-mail to the student, giving the
student’s Enrolment Number as well as
other information such as dispatch
details, test details, etc.
•Brilliant will arrange to send the original
Receipt & Student ID Card to the student.
•Course Material will be sent at roughly
monthly intervals directly to the student.

Student Queries
•Any queries regarding status of Enrolment,
Dispatch of Admit Card, Study Materials,
Online Tests, doubt letters etc., can be sent
by email to [email protected]
mentioning the Student Name & Enrolment
Number along with the query. The student
can also call the head office at 044-24342099
to clarify their queries. Please make sure the
student mentions the enrolment number
each time they contact the Brilliant Head
office.

•The following courses will have tests bundled
along with the course. These tests will be
conducted online.
• JEE (Main & Advanced)
• Medical Entrance
• BITSAT
• The above test Schedule and other details will
be communicated to the student one month
before the date of examination. The Schedule
will be displayed in our website also.
