GUIDE LINES FOR STATE/ DISTRICT MANAGER (CSC)

Applications are invited for (one) State Manager and (Two) District
Managers under District e-Governance Society, to work under the control of
Collector & Chairman, District e-Governance Society, Khammam.

Monthly remuneration:

The essential qualification and desired skills of the candidates are as stated
below:
State Level Project Manager Rs. 51,713/District Manager Rs. 25,857/per month (all inclusive)
Educational Qualifications:
>
Master Graguate (ME / M.Tech./ MCA / M.sc. (IT) / MBA
Bachelor Degree - ( B.E. / B.Tech. / BCA)
Additional Qualification:
>
Any Graduate with at least CCC Level Proficiency in Computers from
NIELT.
>
Minimum of 2 years Experience in IT / e-Governance / IT related Project
Coordination and Program Management.
>
Proficient in Verbal and written communication in English & Well versed
with local language.
Desired Skills:
>
Prior Project Management experience.
>
Experience in IT Projects, IT Infrastructure Deployment, Software
Development, Hardware, Networking, Security Management in IT
Projects / IT enabled service project coordination.
>
Good People Management skills.
>
Result Oriented and self motivated for working in Rural areas and cross
reporting structure.
>
Experience in e-Governance related projects of organization /
Departments. NGO / Non Profit organizations.
> Willingness to Travel across the district at the Gram Panchayats.
Rules & Responsibility:
a. Supporting DeGs in Program Management and last mile implementation
in all the Gram Panchayats within the respective district administration.
b. Coordinating with State Teams, CSC, Spy teams and National Team for
Smooth implementation.
c. Working with DeGs for selection of VLE's, CSC locations and enabling
factors ensuring smooth operations of CSC's.
d. These resources would be first point of contact for redresing VLE's issues
and the issues raised at helpdesk.
e. These resources would be facilitate capacity building and training
activities conducted by CSC SPY and state / UT in district for increasing
sustainability of CSC's.
f.
Coordinating with other state / UT departments along with state teams
for enablement of more services into the CSC platform and integrating
existing services / portals into universal esc technological platform.
g. Conducting regular field level assessments of CSC's within district. It is
proposed to provide Geo Tagged application support to these resources
for undertaking regular field visits of CSC's within their operational
district providing a hand holding support to VLE.
h. Coordinating with DeGS for review meetings on implementation
progress within the district.

The documents required in support of the eligibility criteria are as detailed
below
Age Proof: 10th or 12th standard mark sheet or school leaving certificate or
birth certificate
Education Qualification (Graduation / Post Graduation)
All Semester wise or year wise individual mark sheets
All mark sheets pertaining to improvement in the marks [i.e. if the applicants
has bade more than one attempt to obtain pass or improve marks of any
subject in any of the semester(s) or year(s)]
Degree or provisional pass certifica te
High School (Class 10th) and Intermediate (Class 12th)
Work Experience - If the candidate has work experience, then following
documents will be required:
Experience certificate, offer letters, relieving letters, last drawn salary slips
from the past employers
Offer letter and last three month's salary slop from current employer
These documents should clearly indicate the date of joining and date of
relieving for each of the previous and current employer(s).
The experience certificate or testimonials produced by the applicants
should indicate the date of joining and relieving, designation at the time
of joining, date of promotion with designation, if any.

Inability to produce any of the above mentioned documents (both original
and attested copy) at the time of interview will render the applicants
ineligible for the selection and would not be allowed to appear the interview.

Before submitting application form, the applicants must ensure that they
fulfill all the eligibility criteria with respect to age, educational qualifications,
etc.
»
In case of applications providing inaccurate information, falsification of
documents, their candidature will be cancelled irrespective of the state of
recruitment.
»
If an applicant qualifies in the selection process and subsequently, posts his or
her appointment, it is found that he or she does not fulfill the eligibility
criteria then the services would be terminated without any notice or
compensation.
~ If at any time it is found that the documents submitted are not genuine then
the application will be rejected and if the applicant has been appointed for the
said post then the appointment will be terminated and legal action will be
taken against the candidate.

The applicants should possess a valid e-mail 10 in the application. This
e-mail id should be valid for the duration of the recruitment. All further
correspondence will be through e-mailjSMS only.

All educational qualifications which the applicant intends to indicate in the
application form should have been obtained before the cut-off date, from
recognized Universities or Institutions in India
