Exhibit With the AGD
Here’s everything you need to know to exhibit at the AGD 2014 Annual Meeting & Exhibits:
Rental Fees
$2,350—if application is received between now and Dec. 31, 2013.
$2,550—if application is received after Dec. 31, 2013.
$3,100—10’x15’ booth space. (See floor plan; no additional corner
fee required.)
There is an additional $250 charge for a corner booth.
A deposit of 50 percent per booth is due with all applications. Final
booth payments are due by March 14, 2014. AGD rules and
regulations will be posted on the official meeting website,
www.agd.org/detroit2014.
Badges
Six complimentary badges are provided with every 10’x10’ or 10’x15’
booth space.
Additional Benefits
The following benefits are the AGD’s way of giving back to you for
your participation and support:

Welcome and Networking Receptions: All exhibit personnel are invited to participate in the Welcome Reception and Network-
ing Reception. These events offer a great opportunity for attendee contact and sales opportunities and are held in the exhibit hall!
• Guest Passes: Encourage key customers to visit your booth with a guest pass. Each 10’x10’ or 10’x15’ booth is eligible to receive three complimentary guest passes.
• Money-Back Guarantee: Each fully registered dentist and dental team registrant will receive an on-site package that includes a
$25 debit coupon to purchase products on exhibit during the
show. The AGD will reimburse each exhibiting company for all debit coupons collected and honored. The company must submit all tickets to the AGD prior to leaving Detroit. Tickets that are
not submitted to the AGD in Detroit will not be eligible for reimbursement.
Preliminary Schedules
General dentists and their staff attending the AGD 2014 Annual
Meeting & Exhibits, June 26 to 29, 2014, in Detroit, are the most
educated and successful practitioners you can reach. During the
annual meeting, you get the rare opportunity to speak with them
face-to-face. The AGD offers more and enhanced dedicated exhibit
time. This gives attendees a period free from interruptions or
schedule conflicts to browse the exhibit hall, resulting in more traffic
to your booth!

• June 2013: While in Nashville, exhibiting companies will have the opportunity to select their 2014 booth
space on-site.
• Beginning on Jan. 1, 2014: Second-round booth assignments begin, in priority point order.
• From Jan. 2, 2014, to June 2014: Space assigned on a
first-come, first-served basis.
