Membership Information
Overview
Shipping Requirements
You will receive three hand-selected Biltmore wines each
quarter for a total of 12 wines throughout the year. Each
shipment includes tasting notes from our winemakers and
unique recipes from our chefs. Wines are shipped direct
to your door (or you can pick up on the estate) in March,
June, September, and December. Each shipment ranges
from $65–95, plus shipping and any applicable taxes based
on your state’s requirements.
State laws require an adult signature for delivery; therefore,
we strongly recommend use of a business address for
your deliveries. To avoid re-shipment charges, it is your
responsibility to inform the Vanderbilt Wine Club via
e-mail, phone, or letter at least 7 days prior to the shipment
if you will not be available to receive a particular shipment.
In consideration of rapidly changing wine shipping laws,
please see a wine host or visit biltmore.com/wineclub for
ability to ship to your state.
Personalize your selections
Select your preference for the type of wine you receive in
your shipments. Choose from white wines, red wines, or
our traditional mix of red and white wines. You may change
your preference at any time by emailing wineorders@
biltmore.com or calling 877-245-0648.
Billing
There is no fee to join the Vanderbilt Wine Club.
Membership is for a minimum of one year (4 shipments).
Your credit card will be charged when you register for the
cost of the first shipment, then you will be charged each
quarter at the time of shipment for the cost of the wines,
tax (where applicable), and any shipping costs.
Cancellation Policy
Club memberships do not have a termination date and are
considered active until we receive notice of cancellation.
Your membership may be canceled by calling us at 1-877245-0648, sending an email to us at wineorders@biltmore.
com, or writing to us at Biltmore Winery, Attn. Wine Club,
1 Truck Farm Road, Asheville, NC 28803.
One great shipping rate
Enjoy $15 flat rate shipping on wine club selections each
quarter! (Rate applies only to wine club shipments. Regular
shipping fees will be applied to all other online shipments.)
Convenient pick-up option
Avoid shipping costs by picking up your Wine Club
selections at Biltmore Estate.
Please notify the host when signing up that you would like
to pick up your wine onsite. Orders will be available for
pick-up at the Gate House Gift Shop at the estate’s main
entrance during the second week of the shipment month.
If you do not pick up your wine during this time, it will be
shipped to you at the regular shipping rate of $15.
Once enrolled in estate pick-up, your quarterly shipments
will automatically be available for pick up at the Gate House
Gift Shop. You may change your preference at any time (or
just for individual shipments) by emailing wineorders@
biltmore.com or calling 877-245-0648.
Purchasing wine online
Live far away or prefer the convenience of online shopping?
To receive your membership discount online, be sure to
include “Wine Club member” in the notes/comments field
when placing the order. You will not see your discount
upon submitting the order. The discount will be applied
prior to your credit card being charged.
Purchasing wine at Biltmore
When purchasing wine at any of our estate shops, notify
your cashier that you are a Wine Club member to receive
your discount. Your discount does not apply to wine
purchases at estate restaurants.
Premium wine tastings at Biltmore
The premium tasting is limited to one tasting per person for
up to four guests. Notify wine bar staff of your membership
status to receive benefit. One premium tasting per visit,
please. Access to the winery is only available for those that
have purchased a ticket or are annual passholders.
