There are two categories in individual races and one category in relay (Woman-ManMan-Woman).
TERMS OF PARTICIPATION:
Competition are open to everyone.
In Sprint Relay it is allowed to start teams mixed with runners from different clubs,
nationality. The organizer will coordinate formation of relay team.
CLOTHING:
According to the Polish Foot Orienteering Rules (Art. 8) Full body should be covered
beside head, neck and hands in forest race. In sprint there are no restrictions.
PUNCHING SYSTEM:
Touch free SPORTident Air+ punching system will be used in all races.
Organizers provide SPORTident card (SIAC) as part of the entry fee.

TERRAIN
DESCRIPTION
Sprint distance will be organized in urban area with very good
runnability and irregular buildings formations. Terrain for sprint race
is flat.
EMBARGOED
AREA:
It is the same Embargoed Area as for World Cup. It is allowed to stay
as a resident or student, for business purposes or as a tourist, i.e. for
sight-seeing, visiting a restaurant, shopping, participating in an
indoor sport event.
It is prohibited to stay there with a map, to run, to jog, to orienteer
through the embargoed area or to test route choices running or
walking.
No organised orienteering of any kind may take place in the
embargoed areas until Test Race.

TERRAIN
DESCRIPTION
The terrain is located approx. 280- 440m above sea level on slope of
Slęża mountain. It consists of steep slope with a partly stony ground
and some rocky formations. Mixed forest with deciduous and
coniferous trees, there are some thicket area. Runnability and
visibility from very good to poor. A dense network of roads and paths.
It is the same Embargoed Area as for World Cup. It is not allowed to
go to the embargoed area showed on map, this includes running or
walking through terrain or on paths, roads, etc. Until Test Race.
