• Compete in team-based, hands-on challenges, such as:
Includes instructional materials, lunches and a field trip
building a bridge, designing a dam, creating a flinker and more!
• Interact with engineers on-site and during a field trip
• Develop engineering skills: problem solving, teamwork,
data analysis, communication, innovation, and creative confidence

CREATEng Program Coordinator
GoSciTech, GSSM’s annual residential
summer camp experience, is for rising
8th–10th graders. Students spend up to four
weeks on GSSM’s Hartsville campus exploring
their favorite STEM courses. What’s more, they
are taught by college, university and GSSM
professors, along with career professionals.

Includes meals, lodging, class materials, equipment and additional
tools, unless otherwise noted. Need-based financial aid and payment

including: Astrobiology & Planetary Exploration, Digital Forensic
Science, Genetics with DNA Analysis, Marine Biology, Robotics
Programming in Minecraft, Pre-Med & Anatomy, and Sticky Dye
