Outright Cash Payment: The Assignee pays an initial deposit
of 25% before allocation is made of the total price of the house
type (Includes cost of any preferred added option) and the rest
will be paid in three (3) separate instalments, namely 30% due
in 6 months after the first instalment or attainment of DPC and
the next 30% due in 12 months or completion of carcass and the
last 15% due at handover of keys.

Cherryville Gardens Developers Mortgage: The Assignee
pays an initial deposit of 5% before allocation is made of the
total price of the house type (Includes cost of any preferred
added option) and three (3) months after the first payment the
assignee pays equal amounts of 5% every month for the next
Twenty Four (24) months. Instalments are due on the calendar
date of every month the first instalment is made. A delayed
payment of more than three (3) working days attracts an
interest of One Percent (1%) per day delayed of the amount due.

Self Finance Payment: The Assignee pays an initial deposit of
25% before allocation is made of the total price of the house type
(Includes cost of any preferred added option) and the rest will
be paid in three (3) separate instalments, namely 30% due in 6
months after the first instalment or attainment of DPC and the
next 30% due in 12 months or completion of carcass and the last
15% due at handover of keys. (The difference of this payment
option and the Outright Cash Payment option (a) is that the
Mortgage institution will take up part or full payment with the
same schedules. Application for Mortgage has to be approved
before allocation is made).
