Welcome Message
Dear colleagues and friends,
It is truly an honor to welcome you to The 1st Biennial Meeting of Indonesian Society for Hand
and Microsurgery (PERAMOI) that will be held in conjunction with Indonesian Orthopedic Trauma
Society (IOTS) and Indonesian Orthopedic for Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy (IOSSMA).
We sincerely hope that in this very first meeting we will be able to address key issues that we faced
in daily practice.
The scientific program will be designed in such that the three main topics: Hand and Microsurgery,
Orthopedic Trauma, Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy will be discuss in depth as well as touching
the interrelation among these three subjects.
In the future we hope that this important meetings will continue biennially combining Hand and
Microsurgery with different areas in orthopedic field.
We are looking forward for your active participation in form of submitting and presenting your
academic writing in this forum. Feel free to contact us at the secretariat if you have suggestion or
feedback.

General Information
Exhibition
The committee will organized an exhibition in conjunction with the congress, featuring the
latest pharmaceutical and medical equipment for clinical managements and research.
Companies interested in participating in the exhibition may request for details from the
congress secretariat.
The exhibition will be opened from 08.00 - 17.00, Friday to Saturday (July 29th – 30th , 2016).
The exhibition will take place at the exhibition hall that is located in Foyer Ballroom, Holiday
Inn Hotel, Kemayoran, Jakarta, Indonesia.
Letter of Invitation
The organizing committee will send a letter of invitation upon request. This invitation is intend
to facilitate participant’s travel and visa arrangement and do not imply any commitment of
financial or other support by the organizing committee. Please include your name, address,
and a note requesting a letter of invitation.
Liability/Disclaimer
The organizing committee shall not be held liable for personal accidents, illness, loses, or
damage to private property of registered delegates of the congress, during and after the
event. Participant is finally responsible for any damage sustained venue fittings, property or
equipment. Participants are strongly recommended to seek insurance coverage for health

Registration and Accommodation Information
Entitlements
Registered participants are entitled to admission to all scientific sessions including trade
exhibits, scheduled coffee breaks as well as lunches. Each participant will receive a name
badge and congress kit containing the final program/abstract.
Registration Fee
All scientific registrants, including those presenting free paper must register as full participant
and pay the relevant registration fees. Registration will not be confirmed until the committee
has received the respective registration fee. To register, complete and mail the registration
form together with your payment to the congress secretariat. Payment method can be
through bank transfer of credit card (visa and master card only).
Cancellation Policy of Registration
Written notification of Registration must be received by PERAMOI 2016 secretariat. Refund
of registration fees will be processed after the congress.

2. No refund for cancellation received from April 1st, 2016 onward
On-Site Registration
Those who have not registered in advance may register at on-site registration desk. Only
cash payment will be accepted during on-site registration. No refund will be made for on-site
registration fees.
Room Rate
Hotel rooms at special congress rate are being held for the congress participants. All rates
are per night and per room included breakfast. Reservation must be made through the
congress secretariat to guarantee the indicated rate negotiated for the congress.

Hotel Reservation
Hotel Room availability is on “ FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS”. The committee reserves
the right to place participants at another hotel with similar standards in the event that rooms
are no longer available at the hotel selected by participant. Hotel reservations can be made
by filing out the Accommodation Form. Full payment is required and should be paid before
April 15th , 2016. Payment can be made with credit card (Master and Visa only) or bank
transfer.
Cancellation Policy of Hotel Reservation
1. Written cancellation notification for hotel reservation is required BEFORE April 29th, 2016
2. Cancellation BEFORE April 29th, 2016: 1 (one) night cancelation will be charged
3. Cancellation FROM April 29th, 2016: No refund
4. The organizing committee has the full authorization to CANCEL one or more rooms if full
payment has not been received at the least April 29th, 2016.
