Description: R IV worked with Donato’s

Salsarita’s. R IV worked with Salsarita’s
to redesign and reimage the bar.

Description: This location was a former
Salsarita’s restaurant. R IV renovated
the majority of the space per the
requirements of Qdoba Mexican Grill.
The existing kitchen and toilet room
remained operational with minor
modifications.
MCDONALD’S
Developer: McDonald’s USA LLC
Location: NC, SC, VA, TN, KY
Description: R IV Architecture is the
Charlotte area regional architect for the
McDonald’s Remodel program. The
current red mansard roof design is being
updated to the new McDonald’s image.
WENDY’S
Developer: Carolina Restaurant Group
Location: North/South Carolina
Description: R IV Architecture has
developed many site adapt designs for
Wendy’s over the years. Most of the
designs are based on prototype plan.
This location at Northlake Mall has a
custom designed exterior based on the
mall developer’s architectural
requirements.
KING’S CROSSING

Location: Charlotte, NC
Description: 10,300 sq. ft. spec medical
office building. Wood frame construction with
CMU, brick and EIFS exterior finishes. 5,000
sq.ft. was designed as a new branch of
Carolinas Cancer Care.

Description: 32,625 sq.ft. building
divided into 12 medical condo units.
The units range from 12,170 sq.ft. to
5,855 sq.ft. The structure is
pre-engineer steel frame with brick

Location: Rock Hill, SC
Description: 4 story, 40 sq.ft. office
building designed to compliment the
existing buildings of downtown Rock Hill,
SC. The building will be located at the
corner of Main Street and Elizabeth Lane.
It will be adjacent to the proposed
downtown east park which will showcase
the largest water feature in the southeast.

WARREN COLEMAN MILL
Location: Concord, NC
Description: Development consulting
and preliminary design for the
renovation and adaptive reuse of a
95,000sf former textile mill into
transitional housing for homeless
veterans and other mixed-use activities
including satellite healthcare support
facilities. This $8M redevelopment will
serve as a catalyst for future growth and
revitalization of the area and be listed on
the National Register of Historic Places.
HISTORIC REHABILITATION & ADAPTIVE REUSE
HOLLAR HOSIERY MILL
Developer: Downtown Pioneers
Location: Hickory, NC
Description: Development consulting
and design for the renovation and adaptive reuse of a 45,000sf former knitting
mill into a restaurant, brewery, and event
center with other commercial & retail
activities. Being adjacent to Lenoir
Rhyne college, it is also anticipated to
offer support services to the college and
provide a gathering place for student and
other college assembly facilities. This
$5M redevelopment will serve as a

Description: Cabarrus Bank & Trust ‘s
third branch bank located on George
Liles Parkway in Afton Village. The
3,000 sq.ft. bank was designed
acknowledging the architecture of the
existing Mt. Pleasant and Concord
branches.

Description: 10,615 sq.ft. spec retail
building. The exterior was designed
with large expanses of glass and tall
parapets facing Concord Mills
Boulevard.
