Didier Lourenço was born in Premià de Mar,
Barcelona in 1968 and worked at his father's
print studio when he was only 19. His
stunning paintings are representational in
nature, using bold colours amidst neutral
backgrounds to create remarkable paintings
that manage to capture and evoke fleeting
moments and emotions. His very distinctive
style spans different palettes and settings,
including images of crowded plazas and
Mediterranean landscapes.
He has won numerous art prizes in Spain
(including at the Premio de Pintura Joven de
la Sala Parés de Barcelona), and has exhibited
across continents, including in South Africa,
Hong Kong, Sweden and the United States.

Born in Caracas, Fernando Adam studied art
and design at the Instituto Neumann. He
complemented his artistic studies with
professional practices in carpentry and
industrial design to be later integrated in the
early stages of his work. In his recent work
Adam goes further in the investigation of
these constructive and poetic qualities. The
surface of the canvas is broken into
fragments to create a sense of something
between two and three dimensions. The
painting as an object becomes then a frame
to rearm the scattered pieces together.
Fernando's works are exhibited in prominent
galleries in the United States, Italy, Spain and
France. He currently lives and works in
Barcelona, Spain.

Frank Jensen was born in Denmark in 1956.
He has lived and worked in Barcelona since
1991. His work is characterised by bold
colours and strong geometric lines, in the
middle of which lies a still and contemplative
portrait of life. His father, who was a violinist
and painter, was his very first teacher. Jensen
studied art in Copenhagen, worked as an
illustrator for newspapers and magazines in
Denmark and Spain, and has spent some
time living in the United States. His work
may be found in many high-profile private
collections, including the Can Framis
Museum of Contemporary Art in Barcelona,
the Testimony Collection of La Caixa bank,
the Villacasas foundation in Spain, and the
private collection of the Pharmaceutical
Association of Madrid. Jensen has also had
his work commissioned by the Brazilian
Embassy in Copenhagen and Panasonic in
Spain.

Ramón Enrich is a painter of exquisite urban
landscapes rendered with an oblique light,
clear and intense, that gives strong relief to
the architectural elements that are the basis
of his compositions. Referred to by the artist
as "the crossing of Versailles with your
everyday vegetable garden," the paintings of
Ramón Enrich are created by the multiple
applications of thin layers paint that are
subsequently frottéed and even erased from
the canvas, resulting in evocative images that
recall piazzas of antiquity or greco-egyptian
agoras with the serenity of Pompeiian
frescoes.
A strong sense of perspective, a rich
chromatic register and an ironic use of
industrial and rural architectural structures
(often marked with large and enigmatic
typographic forms) in an endless landscape

a stage set for a play yet to be realized. As
Luis Eduardo Aute remarked in his catalogue

Ulpiano Carrasco is one of the most
recognisable artists in Spain, and whose
works have been described as approximating
modern Van Gogh paintings. His bold
paintings are distinctly expressionist but
tempered by a colourful Impressionist
palette, and give life to traditional genres
such as landscapes and still life. His
cityscapes are vivid and incandescent,
transforming these cities into living and
breathing creatures themselves.
Ulpiano's works are exhibited regularly in
Spain, France, England, Belgium, Miami,
Seoul, Monaco, Dubai and Geneva. His
works may be found in many prestigious
public collections, including the Toledo
Museum of Contemporary Art, the Spanish
Contemporary
Engraving
Museum,
Fundación Caja de Navarra, Fundación Caja
Madrid, the Fundación Banco CCM,
Fundación Antonio Pérez, the Gregorio
Prieto Foundation, and the Estevez Group
Collection.
