HOUSE SMOKED PETUNA OCEAN TROUT

Petuna Ocean Trout cured and hot smoked by our Chefs, served with
crushed sweet corn and pea on a white bean puree with saffron
mayonnaise and micro herbs.
CHICKEN QUICHE
Hellyers Road quiche, made with poached Nichols chicken breast
and fresh seasonal ingredients. Baked in short crust pastry,
served with a side salad and Hellyers Road whisky relish.
HARRISA SPICED PUMPKIN &

Roast pumpkin rubbed with harrisa and sesame served on
crushed chickpea salad with humus, yoghurt and coriander.

Served with a combination of salad, cheese, crispy bacon and Hellyers whisky relish

Sourced from Natone, in the hills of the Emu Valley, the Rainbow Trout is
grilled whole and served with Tassie scallops, creamy leek and bacon sauce,
herb potato cake and roasted cherry tomatoes.
CAPE GRIM BEEF CROQUETTES
Slow cooked beef brisket, locally sourced, slow cooked and
served with creamy roasted carrot puree, Hillfarm seeded mustard
cream and sprinkled with aromatic dukkah.

thick cut rosemary scented potato wedges and a crusty piece of sour dough.
