All mothers understand the need to
get back into shape after the birth of
their baby. And how hard it can be in
those early months and years to make
that happen. With this class you will
be able to join other mothers and little
ones (up to 3 years old) as you learn
how to bring peace to your mind and
heart - as well as toning and reshaping the parts of your body that have
changed during pregnancy. We will
focus on the abdominal muscles as well
as poses that soothe the nervous system. Including your child in your yoga
practice helps you to understand how
your baby fits into all aspects of your
life. Draw closer to your baby, while
becoming more at peace with yourself.
