Cheese Descriptions
Fol Epi - France
From the Pays de Loire region in France, which is widely
known for its dairy, this cheese has a nutty taste, creamy texture,
along with hints of sweet fruit.
Gorgonzola Dolce - Italy
An Italian semi-soft cheese made using a sweet style, it
is creamy and soft in texture, and mild and earthy in flavor.
Gouda Smoked - Holland
A Dutch yellow cheese made from cow’s milk.
It can be semi-hard to hard, depending on the aging process.
Gourmandise with Walnuts - France
An extremely soft and spreadable French cheese which has layers of
small chopped pieces of walnuts embedded into it. Made from pasteurized cow’s milk,
it is very popular during holidays and parties.
Humboldt Fog Chevre - CA
A cheese from California made with goat’s milk, it is
creamy, light, mildly acidic with a stronger flavor near the rind.
Le Petit Basque - France
This little sheep hails from the Basque region of southwest France towards the Spanish
border. The cheese is made from pasteurized milk with a semi-hard texture.
Mahon - Spain
A Spanish cheese made from cow’s milk, boasting sharpness,
with lemony salty flavors, associated with its Mediterranean background.
Manchego, Domestic - WI
Traditionally, made with sheep’s milk from the La Mancha region of Spain, it has nutty,
sweet, and tangy flavors, and a semi-medium hard texture. The domestic version is
100% cow’s milk, giving it a creamy golden color and nutty flavor.
Ossau Iraty - France
A rich, smooth, and nutty cheese from Southwestern France made from sheep’s milk.
Parmesano Reggiano - Italy
One of Italy’s finest products, with a rich, nutty taste,
and distinctive aroma. It is known as the King of Parmesans.
Port Salut - France
A semi-soft pasteurized cow’s milk cheese from Pays de la Loire, France, with a
distinctive orange crust, mild flavor, and very creamy texture.
Provolone Provo Nello - Italy
A natural whole milk Italian cheese made from pasteurized milk,
cheese culture, salt, and enzymes. A popular holiday cheese.
St. Andre Triple Crème Brie - France
A creamy French cheese that melts very easily,
with a soft, buttery texture, similar to traditional cream cheese.
Truffle Tremor Chevre - CA
A flavorful goat cheese made in California, which is bold, smooth, and well-balanced.
Valdeon Cabrales - Spain
A popular Spanish blue cheese that is assertive with flavor,
yet not too harsh or overpowerful. Made from cow’s milk, and sometimes goat milk.

Buttermilk Blue - WI
A tangy yet mellow blue cheese crafted with raw milk
for the creamiest taste and texture.
Brie, Domestic - WI
A soft, creamy French style cheese from Wisconsin, that
goes well with sweet fruits, desserts, and white wines.
Cambozola - Germany
A cow’s milk cheese that is a combination of a French
soft-ripened triple cream cheese and Italian Gorgonzola.
Light flavor with soft texture.
Campo de Montalban - Spain
This Spanish cheese is a combination of cow, sheep and goat’s milk.
The blend of the three milks is quite pleasant on the palate with a goaty
finish. It is slightly salty, nutty and a bit sweet.
Cheddar, Barely Buzzed - UT
A full bodied cheddar made in Utah with a nutty flavor
and smooth texture. The rind is influenced with butterscotch and caramel,
which penetrates into the cheese itself.
Cheddar, White Gold Creek - UT
An award-winning semi-soft smoked cheese from Utah.
Made by hand with all natural ingredients, it is aged over a year,
and has a sharp nutty flavor.
Chevre, Domestic - UT
A French style goat cheese, which is crumbly, soft, sticky, and succulent.
Drunken Goat - Spain
A young Spanish goat’s milk cheese that is soaked in Doble Pasta Wine for
48-72 hours, then aged for 2 months. Rich with flavor, sweet and spicy.
Feta - Greece
A brined curd cheese from the Mediterranean, which is crumbly,
light in flavor, with a grainy texture.
