Technology
CNC machines are used to manufacture our billet
fuel pumps, regulators and filters. Fabricating
and assembling our complete line of products inhouse ensures the consistency and quality control
that results in product integrity and reliability. We
design it, qualify it, make it and support it like no
one else in the industry.
Our assembly facility features a fully carpeted
clean room where skilled professionals assemble
all Aeromotive products. The training never
stops, thanks to on-going instruction from our
engineering department.
Performance
From design to production, Aeromotive believes
in testing. We validate new designs for
performance and durability before releasing the
design for production. For example: our A1000
fuel pump ran over 2,600 hours continuously at
45 PSI. Then, technicians installed the test pump
on our drag cars for some “real world’ testing.
Then - and only then - was it qualified as an
Aeromotive-worthy design.
It’s rocket science brought down to earth.
Track experience, in-house technical expertise,
state-of-the-art manufacturing and test facilities
all come together at Aeromotive. As engineers,
we design and build innovative fuel systems, the
best in the industry. As people who love to race,
we’re more than willing to strap ourselves in
and give the product a “REAL” test. There are
many reasons our products are the best - proper
materials, tight tolerances and adherence to the
latest engineering standards and practices. And,
of course, our passion for racing.
In addition, an outside lab qualified the Marine
grade A1000 fuel pump P/N 11108 to the U.S.
Coast Guard standards for Ignition Protection &
Fire Resistance per ISO 8846 and SAE J1171.

Our testing doesn’t end there.
Before we date-code a fully assembled fuel
pump, we verify performance. Every production
pump is fully tested for flow at pressure and
current draw. Finally, we package it for shipment.
You have our word: every Aeromotive pump that
leaves our facility passes the test.

Billet Belt Drive Pump P/N 11105
The Aeromotive Billet Belt Drive Fuel Pump is intended for carbureted and injected
applications and can be regulated anywhere from 2 to 200 PSI.
Finally, a pump that draws no current and puts out high pressure and high volume, able to
support 6 second drag cars whether they are: Fuel Injected (Electronic or Mechanical), Blown,
Turbocharged and/or Nitrous assisted.
• EFI systems require regulator P/N 13113.

Now you can get the same tremendous performance you’ve come to depend on from our
Billet Belt Drive Pump P/N 11105, with the convenience of direct drive.
Can be mounted and driven directly from the back of a properly prepared dry sump oil pump, or
cam driven through a timing cover adapter. The Hex Drive Pump can handle gasoline or alcohol and
makes enough volume and pressure at cranking speed to start EFI applications.
• Identical flow at pressure to the P/N 11105 Belt Drive Fuel Pump.
• Supports from 350 to over 2500 HP on gasoline, flowing in excess of 2700 lb/hr @ 100 PSI.
• Identical port configuration and regulator requirements as Billet Belt Drive P/N 11105 (see above).
•Includes standard, 3/8” hex drive shaft, adjustable, billet mounting collar with standard 3-bolt mounting pattern and hardware.

B Style Atomic Fuel Pump P/N 11115
The new Aeromotive B Style Atomic fuel pump is designed to feed the baddest EFI
and carbureted engines on the planet, gasoline or alcohol.
The “B” Style Atomic pump is designed to be driven by a pulley and a cog belt to allow you to
drive the pump from your crankshaft. It can be used in low or high pressure applications and
flows in excess of 4500 lbs/hr, over 12 GPM, at 100 psi.
• Supports from 1500 to over 5000 HP on gas, flowing in excess of 4500 lb/hr @ 100 PSI.
• Type III hard coat anodize protects the 6061 T6 aircraft grade aluminum alloy housing.

The new Aeromotive H Style Atomic fuel pump is just as powerful as the B Style Belt
Drive, with the convenience of direct drive.
The “H” style Atomic pump (P/N 11117) features a hex drive shaft and mounting collar to allow
you to direct-drive your fuel pump from the back of your dry sump oil pump or off the timing cover.

H/O Fuel Pump P/N 11209
For carbureted powerplants making 200-600 HP, without the use of a separate fuel pressure
regulator. Similar to the popular SS fuel pump P/N 11203, but internally regulated down to 7
PSI, the H/O fuel pump is ideal for carbureted, high output street cars and mild race cars alike.
This new pump offers outstanding durability, billet construction, great looks and performance like no other
pump in it’s class. Features include:
• Flow exceeds 90 GPH at 5 PSI, draws less than 5 amps.
• Internally regulated to 7 PSI, on most carburetors the H/O pump will not normally require a
separate regulator.

All Fuel Rail Systems include Aeromotive’s High Flow CNC-machined billet fuel rails and custom steel mounting brackets, plus everything you need
to complete the installation, from AN stainless steel braided fuel lines to O-ring port fittings and hose-ends. Return style systems include our superb,
boost reference bypass regulator. Returnless systems include our custom, high-flow fuel pressure sensor log where required.
• Includes the same High Flow Fuel Rails used in our Competition and Eliminator Fuel Systems, good to over 2,000 HP.
• All required fuel lines are provided, made of 100% AN style stainless steel braided rubber for safety and maximum flow.
• Custom, stainless steel spring-lock adapter fittings for high pressure supply (and return if required) make for a “plug-and-play” installation.
• 1/8” NPT gauge port is provided in stainless steel high pressure adapter, allowing returnless systems to install a fuel pressure gauge.
• Return style systems include either P/N 13101 or 13109 bypass regulator adjustable from 30-70 PSI, with 1:1 vacuum/boost reference.

to produce anywhere from 2 to 200 PSI with enough volume to support over

Billet Fuel Pump Speed Controller P/N 16302
For any pump, on any type of vehicle, the Aeromotive Fuel Pump Speed Controller
(FPSC) minimizes fuel heating and vapor-lock problems. Sensing engine RPM, the
FPSC kicks your fuel flow into high gear when you need it, but reduces pump speed
and flow to keep fuel cool when you don’t. It’s like an automatic transmission for
your electric fuel pump.
Controller features:
• LED indicator confirms correct ignition signal hookup, verifies energization of the manual override circuit, and indicates when the circuit is
providing full voltage to the pump.

The new Aeromotive Programmable Digital Fuel Pump Computer (PDFC) is
a fully adjustable, scalable, electronic fuel pump controller. Expanded, fully
programmable control provides new fueling solutions for cars with returnless fuel
systems. Now you can add fuel flow and pressure control to any returnless fuel
system and maintain the proper air/fuel ratio under all WOT operating conditions.

General Information
Placing Orders
Aeromotive is open for business Monday through Friday, 8:00
AM to 5:00 PM CST. Warehouse distributors (WD) and jobber
accounts may fax written purchase orders to 913-647-7207.
Aeromotive Product Warranty, Policy and Procedure: Retail
All Aeromotive products sold are warranted free from defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of one year for the original date of purchase. No
warranty claim will be valid without authentic, dated proof of purchase.
WD Accounts
Aeromotive has established requirements that must be met and
maintained by all WD accounts. WD’s must be able to maintain
a representative stock of Aeromotive merchandise for distribution
to jobber accounts. All orders will be shipped COD or prepaid via
credit card unless approved for open terms prior to ordering.
This warranty is to the original retail purchaser and none other and is available
directly from Aeromotive and not through any point of distribution or purchase.
Direct Sales to Individuals
Direct sales to individuals will not be made. In all cases,
Aeromotive will route the sale through an authorized dealer.
Shipping
Aeromotive normally ships all merchandise via UPS Ground.
Customers may authorize expedited shipment for an additional
charge. All shipments are sent FOB Origin. Claims for damaged
materials must be made with freight company. Damaged
merchandise should not be returned to Aeromotive without prior
arrangements.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. Current price lists
are available from Aeromotive or your local warehouse distributor.
AEROMOTIVE FUEL SYSTEM COMPONENTS ARE
NOT LEGAL FOR SALE OR USE ON EMISSION
CONTROLLED VEHICLES.
If a defect is suspected, the retail purchaser must contact Aeromotive directly to
discuss the problem, possible solutions and obtain a Return Goods Authorization
(RGA), if deemed necessary by the company. All returns must be shipped freight
pre-paid to the company and with valid RGA before they will be processed.
Aeromotive will examine any product returned with proper authorization
to determine if the failure resulted from a defect or from abuse, improper
installation, misapplication or alteration. Aeromotive will then, at its sole
discretion return, repair or replace the product.
Limitation of Remedies: If any Aeromotive product is determined defective,
buyer’s exclusive remedy is limited in value to the sale price of the good. In
no event shall Aeromotive be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
Aeromotive fuel system components are not legal for sale or use on emission
controlled motor vehicles.
The telephone number to contact Aeromotive Technical Services for help with a
warranty claim is 913-647-7300, then dial option 3. Be certain to have the part
in question, along with proof of purchase and a pen and paper when you call.
Aeromotive Product Warranty, Policy and Procedure: Distributor
Any product returned for warranty by a distributor, retailer or party that is NOT
the actual retail purchaser, requires proper RGA and authentic proof of customer
purchase. Authorized returns that do qualify as “in warranty and defective” will
NOT be processed for credit, but handled as any other warranty return, where the
product will be repaired if possible or replaced with rebuilt or new merchandise
of equal performance and value. Returned product NOT “defective” or NOT “in
warranty” will be destroyed or returned as-is, by distributor request.
New product returns for stock adjustment are allowed annually. All returned
merchandise requires advance approval from Aeromotive along with the assigned
RGA number. All returns for stock adjustment must be in perfect condition and
if above 5% of annual sales orders, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All
returns will be for account credit only. Aeromotive does not make cash refunds.
