Subscribers changing to a plan with fewer included minutes will incur a $50 administrative fee and a one-year contract renewal from date of change. After 12 months, all terms apply
on a monthly billing cycle basis. Standard calling plan rates and Globalstar Service General Terms and Conditions are applicable. All minutes included in each annual plan will be
applied to calls within the Home Service Area in each monthly billing cycle. Any unused minutes left at the end of any monthly billing period will not be carried forward or credited
against the next month's billing period. Minimum call length of one full minute, with thirty second rounding from that point forward. Calls to local or regional 800, 877, and 888
numbers may not be completed as dialed. Globalstar reserves the right to modify any pricing plan at any time upon reasonable notice. Charges may vary for roaming in other
territories served by Globalstar System. Customer may be charged for busy or unanswered calls when roaming outside the Home Service Area. All prices in US dollars.

The phone works with any commercially available
telephone set with an RJ-11 connection. The
