Keep The Change
An Acoustic Act For All Music Lovers
by Krista Doran
For just about a year now, Keep The
Change has been showing local music
fans how an all acoustic band can
provide a great level of entertainment.
I spoke to lead singer Jeff Perlman
who told me “Our shows are always
fun and different. We usually start off
jamming a few songs that people have
never heard acoustic versions of before such as Ozzy’s “Mama I’m Coming Home” or “Cuts Like A Knife”
by Bryan Adams. We try to establish
right from the beginning that we are
not your cookie cutter acoustic act.”
There are definitely many acoustic
acts popping up on the scene lately,
and Keep The Change are certainly
among the most fun. They have a very
full sound for a 3 piece and can really
fill up the room. As Jeff explained,
“We are a full Rock and Roll band
within an acoustic setting. I think it
defines that you can have a 3 piece
trio fill a room with as much sound as
a full band. There is an ‘in between’ as
far as acoustic acts and full bands. We
would like to think we do just that.”
Keep The Change plays a great
variety of acoustic music, focusing on
Classic Rock to current Rock hits
from the 60’s up to present day, and
will sometimes even through in something original. It’s all acoustic sound,
playing the best music from bands
such as the Beatles and Buddy Holly
to Shinedown and Buckcherry and everything in between. Their shows are
very fan friendly and are lots of fun!
You can catch Keep The Change at
some great venues including Mac’s
Tavern, The Green Parrot and Temper-
ance House in Newtown, Guppy’s
Conshohocken, The Red Rooster Inn,
Con Murphy’s, Rebel Rock Bar, Urban
Saloon, McFadden’s, Fireside Inn, Rock
n Chair in Avalon. Here is their upcoming schedule: June 7th - Guppy’s
Good Times in Conshohocken, Pa;
June 8th - O’Towne Tavern in Oreland,
PA; June 14th - Guppy’s Good Times
Conshohocken, PA; June 15th - Green
Parrot in Newtown, PA; June 23rd Rock n Chair in Avalon NJ and June
27th- Con Murphy’s in Philly.
To sum up this band, they are just 3
guys that enjoy playing music together.
Jeff told me, “We truly appreciate
every single person that has helped us
get as far as we have in such a short
time. Our goal at every show is to
give friends (fans is not a word we like
to use-everyone who supports us is a
friend) an opportunity to get together
and socialize and hear us give everything we have each and every night
we play. Without all of our friends we
are just a few guys playing in somebody’s basement. The love and respect
we have for everyone that supports
us will never go away.”
Keep The Change Band is: Jeff
Perlman-Lead Vocals, Miguel MartinezLead/Rhythm Guitar and Rowland
Adamoli- Djembe/Guitar/Vocals. Be
sure to check them out as soon as
you can. To read more about the
band, view pictures and see where

The Sky’s The Limit at the
Sky Box Sports Bar & Grille
by Helene
The sky is the limit when it
comes to serving patrons at the
Sky Box Sports Bar & Grille! I
spoke with General Manager,
Joel, who is so excited about this
place-its contagious! This place is
all about fun and Joel re-iterated
the importance of doing everything in his means to assure that
whoever walks thru their doors
will come back and continue to
spread the word! The owners have turned the classic La
Casa Mia into the State of the
Art venue it is today. They even
hired La Casa Mia’s own beloved
Chef, who cooks up delicious full
menu entrees to your typical bar
favorites. Serving great lunch and
dinner specials and happy hours
from 4-7pm Monday thru Friday.
They also have fresh seafood
daily, home-made chicken fingers;
nothing is frozen-everything is
home-made and fresh….made
to order.
The Skybox Sports Bar & Grille
is located at 2621 Durham Road
in Bristol PA, right off of I-95 and
Veterans Highway. And there is
plenty of free parking! There is
also another lot customers can
use on those packed nights and
you can even ride on their very
own shuttle to get to your spot!
Why go downtown or to the
shore each weekend; when the
Sky Box is just a hop skip and
jump up the highway-and it‘s
non-smoking.
There is an outside patio
which can easily accommodate
50 guests where you can hang
out. It’s private and heated when
needed; with direct assess to
two bars and three televisions.
The interior is ultra modern
with great lighting and there is an
upstairs where you can chill out
at the mezzanine bar, overlooking
the entire place.
The owners, including new partner, Mike
Nagel, whose father owns
Georgine’s Restaurant,
is constantly checking
out the competition to
ensure that people will
keep on coming back.
With phenomenal bands
and cutting edge DeeJays
they got the entertainment thing down. You can
also see all the UFC fights
you want on either their
70” projection television
or any of their other 20
something televisions
throughout the bar. Just
last weekend 92.5 had
their 28th annual ticket
run there and about 800
people showed up to
party and win free tickets
to their annual concert.
Skybox also offers VIP
customer parties, theme parties;
they can also cater your very
own event too.
Check out this line-up: Every
Sunday you can get 5 bottle
buckets for just $6.00! Monday:

Western Wednesdays has lots
of line dancing, toe tapping and
$1.00 Domestic Bottles from
10pm to midnight. You get a
scrumptious free buffet every
Friday from 11am to 8pm, $1.00
Domestic Drafts & $2 Domestic
Bottles from 8-10pm on Friday
and Saturday night, along with
live entertainment DJ or Band.
Here are a few upcoming events:
June 9th is the ultimate fight with
Pacquiao vs. Bradley, June 12th
is the big Beach Party with DJ
Chillio in the house. There will
be a contest for the best beach
attire, lots of give-a-ways including a Miller Lite grill and Phillies’
tickets. New Owner, Mike Nagel’s
birthday bash is on June 27th.
The owners of Skybox also like
giving back to their community.
With ID all Military get 50% off,
every Saturday, Sunday and Monday, from 11-5pm. The rest of the
week its 10% off. They also take
care of their local Fire, Police, and
EMTs too and offer discounts as
well. Joel believes that reputation
is most important. “We supply
security staff, 7-10 guys to ensure
everyone is safe, and the rest
of the staff ensures a clean and
happy environment. The Skybox
is always changing for the better.”
Most importantly, “We cant do

“Rock of Ages” Brings 80’s Memories back to the Screen
by L.Ramage’
Many can’t wait till June
15th for the Warner Brothers release of “Rock of Ages!’
From what I’ve read and the
previews I’ve seen, anyone that
lived the nightclub/bar scene
in the 80’s? Then this movie
is a must see! The casting is
tremendous with Tom Cruise,
Alec Baldwin, Julianne Hough,
Catherine Zeta-Jones, Russell
Brand, Mary J Blige and many
more!
Directed by Adam Shankman, this is a big-screen
adaptation of the hit Broadway
jukebox musical that celebrates
the ‘80s heyday of power ballads and glam metal. Cruise
transforms into Stacee Jaxx, a
superstar devotee that has the
similarities of Axl Hose, Keith
Richards, and Bret Michaels.
Tomcat actually gets to belt
out classics of the era such
as Bon Jovi’s Wanted Dead
or Alive, Scorpions’ Rock You
Like a Hurricane and joins in a
group performance of Journey’s Don’t Stop Believin’ and
we hear he has a heck of a
voice! Who knew?
Rock of Ages tells the story
of small town girl Sherrie and
city boy Drew, who meet
on the Sunset Strip while
pursuing their Hollywood
dreams. Their rock ‘n’ roll
romance is told through the
heart-pounding hits of Def
Leppard, Joan Jett, Journey,
Foreigner, Bon Jovi, Night
Ranger, REO Speedwagon, Pat
Benatar, Twisted Sister, Poison,
Whitesnake and more.
This looks like a real promising trip back down memory
lane!

achievement system where players
can earn achievements in games
much like Xbox Live and PlayStation Trophies. However, Nintendo
is said to be expanding the service
where players who accumulate a
certain amount of points get access
to additional features. “We have
a lot of freedom with the Wii U
points system, we can add “brackets” for players, e.g. if you amass
X points you get promoted into a
new bracket with awards such as
new MP [multiplayer] skins”. While
the source called the feature “Wii

Nintendo hasn’t settled on a name.
“It’s basically what we’ve been asking Microsoft to do for years. Players who earn points by completing
the game should be awarded. We
can do that now”.
Wii U cloud storage
We previously reported about
Wii U cloud storage, we have some
more details on that. The cloud
storage option will be “a few hundred MB”, will be free to all players, and will only be used to store
save games and player profiles. It’ll
launch in 2013.
Social networking
Nintendo will also add “deep
integration” of social networking
features to the Wii U, including
both Twitter,YouTube, and Facebook. Players will be able to upload

Nintendo will introduce an
more features than the original Mii
avatars on the Wii console. Players will be able to use the Wii U
controller’s built-in camera to take
pictures of themselves and create
digital avatars that resemble highdefinition Miis. The Miis can then
be imported into games. “There’s
an API for the camera to scan faces
and turn them into low-res 3D versions for games. But it’s still buggy
as hell and it depends a lot on the
kind of engine you’re running”, the
source said.
Wii U development and game
ports
Additionally, the source mentioned that porting current gen
games to the Wii U isn’t as easy as
originally thought, and that games
that have been developed for the
Xbox 360 are “much easier to port
to Wii U than PS3 versions. A lot
less headache involved because
their architecture is similar. Technically, you can just recompile X360
to the Wii U and it’ll pretty much
run, but PS3 to Wii U is much
much trickier.” He said that the latest SDK hardware is final, only the
software keeps updating.
“We’ve spent a lot of time creating our own tools for the X360
this generation, and we’ve already
tweaked a lot of the tools to work
on the Wii U. But if you code on
the Wii U from ground up and have
to use middleware, it’s probably
gonna be tougher than doing an
X360 game from ground up.”

“THE CULT”
Coming to Philly June 10th at the EFC
by Lynn Ramage’
Here is a timeless band
that rocked “the scene”
off it’s foundations in the
80’s & 90’s with hits such
as: “Sun King, Sweet Soul
Sister, Atomic Blues, She
Sells Sanctuary”, and my all
time Favorite “Firewoman!”
The band has seen many
changes during their history in fact starting out as
“Southern Death Cult” with
lead Singer Ian Astbury from
Yorkshire, England in the
early Eighties. Their Second
release “Love” in 1985 was
a chart success and to date
has sold over two and a half
Millions copies worldwide!
Guitar Phenomenon “Billy
Duffy” an original member
and I did an interview some
years back in 2001 on their
“Beyond Good and Evil”
tour on Atlantic Records.
Fast forwarding an a few
releases later, this new tour
kicks off their latest CD “ Choice
of Weapon”
released May 22
on a “Cooking
Vinyl Records.”
Their first public
appearance was
late night on the
Jimmy Kimmel
show recently!
I really hope to
have a chance to
sit and discuss
the latest release
and what the
band has been
up to with their
upcoming per-
formance! I honestly don’t
want anyone to miss this
amazing show at the EFC
on June 10th. Now if you
haven’t experienced a “Cult”
concert let me tell you they
are simply awesome live
in concert! It’s hard to pin
point their style of music.
When you hear them on
the radio you know “that’s
The Cult!” I would describe
it as cross of mild punk with
hard rock but better! Ian
Astbury’s vocals are like non
other! The energy that permeates off that stage from
everyone and their hits
just keep coming one right
after another! They’ll hit
you right between the eyes!
You won’t want the show
to ever end! I promise you
will walk away after their
show saying “Wow!”

Opple Topple Music Festival
Countdown Begins to 3 Days of
Music, Camping, Crafts and FUN!
Featuring More Than 30 Bands on 2 Stages
June 29th, 30th and July 1st
Opple Topple Music Festival is 3
day camping music festival and is
the brain child of Ryan Opperman of Special Ops productions.
The festival is an annual event
that is in its 3rd year. It exists to
support the local live music scene
by providing a variety of quality
music performances throughout
the year that culminate into the
3 day extravaganza. Stage Trip
Productions will be providing the
the ultimate optical soundsation
stage show. The festival organizers
strive to provide stadium quality
concerts for the working mans
wallet.
Each year the festival has grown
and along with hat growth has
been evolving needs. This year it
has been a huge challenge to find
a venue capable of supporting the
expected crowds, camping needs,
vendors and staff. The organizers
of the festival are pleased to be
working with the great folks at
Winding Brooke Farm who at
the 11th hour stepped up with
a property that will meet all the

Greetings from The Seaside Music
Festival – 2012 – © Dr Lou, if I had any
rights…please reserve them.
If you haven’t heard of the
Seaside Music Festival then
you probably aren’t alone.
This festival is an original
music festival that, like so
many festivals, offers the
chance for players to come
into establishments that
normally book bands and
other acts, and gives new
artists a chance to showcase their talents to new
potential fans and employers
alike. But if you’ve been
part of music festivals, they
have a lot of similarities that
can bring great joy and some
pain in some areas of the
body.
The biggest benefit is the interacting with the other musicians that can go on during
festivals, but festivals need to
do things to make that happen. Unfortunately this year
at Seaside, there was only a
limited amount of that. In
other festivals there were
“hospitality rooms” and
sometimes “group events”
where the participants in
the festivals get together
and network with each
other and really get to open
up to each other. Granted,
some musicians will never
be able to interact with others or at the very least only
do it on their own terms.
Then you get the ones who
believe that some level of
competence in music skills
or ability to generate a large
fan base has something to do with
who they consider
worthy of their
time. One way or
the other, it’s up to
the individual artist
to wade through
that muck and get
to the gold which
is meeting and
interacting with
people who can
offer new vision
to your art and
to open you up for new avenues through the business
of music and the creativity
of musical creations.
We’ve been part of many
festivals and Seaside is special because it’s right on the
shore line of Seaside NJ; a
great boardwalk and a boulevard with clubs and there’s
a lot of energy all around.
I’ve played at seaside three
times in the last four years,
and only missed last year
because one of the great
artists from Dr Lou’s passed
away suddenly and we held
a benefit for him (raised 13k
for his girls and wife) on the
very same weekend as the
festival. I’ve had the chance
to play on the boulevard
at small and larger clubs
and got to play some nice
spots on the boardwalk and
JRs as well. In doing so I
met some folks who rode
around in mobile homes
playing original music and
it was fun to see that side
of the music life that some
people only get the chance
to dream of. The people at
the venues were open to
original music for the most
part but it wasn’t without
the familiar cat call for “free
bird”, to which I offer them
an acoustic version just to
close the pie holes. In general the experience is always
fun and we’re able to bring
another aspect of our music
to a town that generally
is a money driven market
filling up cover bands for the
“market price” as it is.
For the last two times
we were in Seaside we’ve
taken over a venue on the
boulevard called “Klee’s”.
Klee’s is an eatery with a
constant crowd of diners
that goes on up to 11 PM
and I’ve been told it’s there
all year around. They provide a good mix of entrees
(seafood, steak) and fast
stuff too including a small
pizza that was quite nice this
year. The stage is a couple
of wooden blocks that sit
in the middle of the bar
and they can only accommodate one or two person
acts there. Typically it’s an
acoustic venue but some of
our crew brought in a sound
mixer with back tracks and
played electric in a sing
along manner.
All of the players that came
to Klee’s this year were
from Dr Lou’s posse of players that have become regular acts at the 100% open
stage that is Dr Lou’s in
Roebling NJ. All of the acts
are original singer songwriters and have become part
of the “family” at Dr Lou’s.
This year’s acts started with
Sharis Swartley and Rebecca
Copeland who played a
fine set of female vocal
harmonies that brought the
crowd into the mood for a
good show. Sharis is a
gifted musical songwriting talent and can be
found on the internet at
www.sharismusic.com.
Rebecca is visiting from
California and sits in
with Sharis regularly in
the various projects that
she is always involved
with. The girls were

In Review: Candlebox at the TLA May 1st
by Jimmy Abgarian
Candlebox is a Rock band that has been
around since 1990. Hailing from Seattle
Washington Candlebox came along at a
time when rock music was experiencing
a changing of the guard. Not willing to be
pigeonholed into a genre of music, candlebox songs have run the gamut from blues
to grunge to just straight ahead Rock and
Roll. Candlebox has one of the greatest
frontmen/singers in the last 25 years. Kevin
Martin has a voice that has only gotten
better over the years. He has been able
to sing the songs in a way that make aging
irrelevant.
Peter Klett and Scott Mercado have
bee in the band from the beginning. It is
this shared success that make Candlebox
indestructible. They have just released their
5th studio album under their own terms.
Love Stories and Other Musings consisting
of 9 new songs and 5 previously recorded
songs.
When I asked Kevin what was thinking
behind reworking the old songs. He said,
”As I get older it’s harder to sing the songs
the way I used to. I wanted to rerecord
these songs the way they are done now”.
He told me that the older songs have
never been released in a lot of foreign
countries. The new record is going to be
released worldwide. Talking to him and
hearing the excitement over the upcoming
tour had me very anxious to see this show.
May 1st Candlebox rolled into town to
play the TLA on South Street in Philadelphia. They brought with them an opening
band that was better than a lot of headlining bands I have seen this year. Honor by
August is a band I have never heard of until
tonight. I certainly didn’t know that they
were the winners of the Billboard’s world
song contest. Lead vocalist Mike Pearsall
has all of the tools to take this band to
whatever level they want. The songs were
catchy and great. Please check this band
out and help spread the word so they can
keep making records. Candlebox took the
stage at 10 pm right after the Flyers lost
to the New Jersey Devils. Candlebox took
the stage and opened the show
with Don’t You from their first
record. From the first note the
band nailed it. I have seen a
lot of shows recently but cant
remember seeing or hearing a
live band that was this spot on.
I will try to stay objective and
not sound too much like a fan.
I asked Scott Shotwell from
Deep Sixx if it was me or did
Candlebox sound amazing? He
reaffirmed my opinion of how
great the band sounded. The 17
song set was riddled with great song after
great song. It seemed to me that the crowd
that showed up to the TLA weren’t sure
what they were going to get. I am positive
that after the show every single person
was a fan, if they weren’t before. So what
made this show so great? The band worked
the stage from beginning to end. Kevin
Martin worked the crowd like a master
front man. There was no pretentious attitude or insulting demeanor from anyone
in the band. I loved when Kevin said that
they had started out
Playing the Pontiac Grill and then played
the Sentrum, the house that Julius Irving
built. As most of you know it’s the Spectrum. He said it with such confidence that
I almost questioned it myself. After the introduction of each member they launched
into the rest of the songs before coming
back out to do a 2 song encore. After
witnessing a baptism of flawless musicianship, I really have to question why this band
is not selling out stadiums. Kevin Martin
proclaimed at one point in the night that
we are at a Candlebox concert. That was
the perfect word for it, “Concert”. My
friends ask me all the time what I consider
a good show? I will tell you right now. It’s
the same as anything in life. If I feel like I
got a good deal I’m happy.
If the band has giving me what I feel is
my moneys worth then I am happy. If a
band shows up and is flat for whatever
reason then I’m not happy. Candlebox
exceeded every thing I look for in a show.
I had a blast with a good friend and saw
what I consider an amazing concert. Kevin
was great to talk to and gave me hope that
I will see their live show again in the near
future. I hope for the sake of the music
business that more fans get out to support
the bands from their past. I hope that after
reading this that you, the reader pick up
the new Candlebox disc or just pop in any
of the old ones. If you get a chance to see
them live you will not be disappointed.

Every year 93.3 WMMR presents what
has been elegantly titled the WMMRBQ.
There were a lot of differences this year
from previous offerings. I have been to a
lot of shows over the past 3 years. I have
to say this was one of the most professional and well run shows I have worked.
Rachel Spivak from Live Nation is one of
the best promoters in the Tri state area.
She has a knack for making sure that the
photographers and press writers have
everything needed to promote the show.
WMMR is Philly’s premier Rock station
and has never disappointed when putting
together their annual event. I showed up
early so as not to miss any of the early festivities. The concourse on both sides were
loaded with a bunch of companies giving
away free swag. I loved the stellar lineup
this year. Having previously written about
most of the bands before I couldn’t wait to
see them play again.
adelitas waY... Adelitas way is
fronted by Bristol PA’s own Rick Dejesus.
Having just played Rock on the range the
previous day in Columbus Ohio I thought
maybe they would be a little fatigued.
I was Wrong, thankfully. They took the
stage at 2:25 and accomplished more in
30 minutes than a lot of bands do in an
hour and a half. From the first note it was
apparent that they felt like they had a lot
to prove. The short set would have been
my only criticism. I was not surprised at
all at the positive reaction of the crowd
to them. The Highlight of the set for me
was them closing with invincible and Rick
giving a shout out to his Mom, Jill Dejesus.
(I missed Pop Evil because I wanted to
interview Adelitas Way).
halestorm... Lizzy Hale and company
took the stage and unleashed holy hell
on a very expecting crowd. They had so
many fans at the show and with very good
reason. They are a local band whom have
paid their dues by playing every shit bar in
the Tri state area. I sat in awe at the way
Lizzy played her signature Gibson Explorer.
She is ferocious on so many levels. As a
singer her voice has balls the size if Texas.
This band didn’t just get up and go through
the motions they performed. I spoke to
Lizzy after the show and I can’t begin to
tell you how gracious she was. I witnessed
her walk to their tour bus and give a guitar
pick to an adoring fan. She shares the
stage with her rock god brother drummer
Arejay Hale as well as Bassist Josh Smith
and guitarist Joe Hottinger. The band was
high energy from the first song to the last.
I was more than impressed.
steel panther... This band is supposed to be a parody act or pop metal
cover band. Steel Panther is everything
good I remember about 80’s metal. They
put on a show that makes me wish other
bands would stop taking themselves so
seriously. Their original songs are not only
funny but they sound great. Michael Starr,
Satchel, Lexxi Foxx and Drummer Styx
Z’dinia are no parody act. How can a parody act sell 12,000 records in the first week
of its release? The set had all of the components of a great spectacle. If you don’t
believe me then check it out for yourself
July 19th at the TLA on South Street in
Philly. Steve Morrison From the Preston
and Steve Show got onstage and played
“Eatin Ain’t Cheatin”. He was great and the
crowd ate it up. Steve was anointed Tommy
Tom Tom
Thompson
by the band.
He twirled
and tossed
his sticks like
a veteran.
Steel Panther close
out their set
with “Death
to All But
Metal”. They
could have
played all
night and
it wouldn’t
have been
enough.
slash
featuring myles kennedy... For those
Guns and Roses fans who have seen Axl
Rose’s version of the band should take
the time to See Slash and Myles. I will take
Slash’s new record over Chinese Democracy any day. Slash has so much feeling in
the way he plays the guitar it’s difficult to
take your eyes off of him. Myles Kennedy is
a consummate professional that can hit all
of the notes to do justice to Slash’s entire
catalog of music. The played, “Nightrain”,
“Sweet Child o’ mine” and “Paradise City”
by GnR and “Slither” by Velvet Revolver.
The also played A few new songs as well as
“Mean Bone” by Snake Pit. It seemed like
time flew as the exited the stage at 7:30
pm to a very satisfied crowd.
shinedown... Shinedown went on at
8pm and showed the Camden crowd why
they are one of the fastest growing and
top selling bands of the last 5 years. Brent
Smith has a so much control in his voice
that it makes wonder how he does it. The
band as a whole was so tight from touring
that I was wondering if they were rolling
tape to prerecorded music. Being so close I
could clearly see and hear they were not. I
won’t say they were perfect but they were
damn close. They played all of the hit songs
that Shinedown is known for. The highlight
for me was their flawless version of “Simple
man” by Lynyrd Skynyrd. You can catch
Shinedown headlining the Rockstar Energy
Uproar tour this summer.
godsmaCk... The final set of the evening belonged to Godsmack. They took the
stage at 9:35 with “Awake and proceeded
to do what they do. Lot’s of heavy power
chords and metal riffs that are a staple in
they’re music. I loved hearing “Crying like
a bitch” for the first time live. They do an
interesting version of “Rocky Mountain
Way” By rock icon Joe Walsh. I have always
loved the dueling drum sets between Sully
and Drummer Shannon Larkin. It takes a
great studio band to have three consecutive number one albums. It’s another thing
to do what Godsmack does. They go out
night after night and kick ass live. Their
twelve song set showed why they got the
top spot for this years WMMRBQ.
It was great to see so many local musicians at this show and I would be remiss
not to mention them. Johnny Dee from
Electric Boa, Ray from Split decision. Most
of The Rockets, JT, Derek, Big Dave, John
Mangan, Danny Gunz and Courtney Jansen
from Gypsy Wisdom. Brian Quinn and Bob
Pirylis from Octane/Fosterchild. Special
thanks to Steve Trager for always being a
great friend and mentor. Thank you Steve.

Glenn’s Little Visitor
Glenn’s grandson was
staying with him for a few
days so that Glenn could
take him to a Wednesday
night Pennypack show.
He’d been playing outside
with the other kids, when
he came into the house
and asked “Grandpop,
what’s that called when
two people sleep in the
same bedroom and one
is on top of the other?’
Glenn was a little taken
aback, but he decided to
tell him the truth. ‘Well
... it’s called sexual intercourse.’ ‘Oh, Ok thanks’
the little boy said, and
he went back outside to
play with the other kids.
A few minutes later, the
boy came back and angrily
said, ‘Grandpop, it isn’t
called sexual intercourse,
it’s called Bunk Beds, and
Moose’s mom wants to
talk to you.’
Three Things to Remember
1. Money cannot buy you
happiness, but it’s more

2. Forgive your enemy, but
remember his name!
3. Help someone when
they are in trouble and
they will remember when
they’re in trouble again
Finally
As usual, lots going on in
Mayfair! First off, PROPS

Hydro, Stems n Seeds,
Dirty Electric, Chowder,
and finally Rev who played

a huge success and I think
it’s pretty safe to say that
everyone had a blast. I’d
also like to thank everyone
who attended the show
and showed respect to
both the park as well as to
the neighbors. Working together we can ensure that
these concerts continue
for many years to come!
Speaking of Pennypack

is our “Hair Band Jam”
and it features the School
of Rock kids doing their
Motley Crue tribute and
November Rain doing
their Guns and Roses
tribute. This night is gonna

it features Revolve doing
their Beatles tribute followed by 2U doing their

had fun chilin with my
brother Aj Slick who also
played the Riders gig.You
can catch up with Slick

attempt to put out the fire,
she waved her arm up and
down. Officer Steve was
nearby, saw what was happening, and fired 3 shots

instantly! Shocked onlookers asked the Officer why
he shot her. Officer Steve
replied, “She was waving a

Mia replies,
“I’ve got some
