ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTSIONS:

1.
(Figure 1) Install the PLASTIC BUMPER (A) onto the outside of the CRM PROBEND BAR (B) using the
pre-drilled holes and supplied Self-Tapping PHILLIPS HEAD SCREWS (C).
2.
(Figure 2) Install the PLASTIC HANDSHIELD (D) onto CRM PROBEND BAR (B) using the pre-drilled holes
and supplied Self-Tapping PHILLIPS HEAD SCREWS (C) and 9/16" FLAT WASHERS (E).
3.
(Figure 3) Install the BAR END (F) onto the CRM PROBEND BAR (B) using the 7/8" barrel option.
4.
(Figure 4) Cut the ends of your handlebar grip off and insert BAR END (F) into the handlebar end.
5.
(Figure 5) Install CRM PROBEND BAR (B) onto FLEXX BAR SYSTEM (Through the Pivot Point Opening)
using the supplied 6MM ALLEN BOLT (G), #8 FLAT WASHER (H) and BARREL SPACER (I).
6.
(Figure 6) Install the #8 FLAT WASHER (H) and 13mm NYLON NUT (J) onto the 6mm ALLEN BOLT (G).
7.
(Figure 7) Tighten 6mm ALLEN BOLT (G) and 13mm NYLON NUT (J). (Note: Do Not Over Tighten!!!)
8.
(Figure 8) Tighten BAR END (F) using 6mm Allen Wrench.
(Note: Be sure not to seize throttle tube when tightening Bar Ends!!!)
9.
Check for tightness and ensure that all controls/cables work freely and are clear of any obstructions!!!
